As per Rules all passenger from Hoolongi airport must produce ILP in the GATE. No one shall enter without ILP.
Checking manually to commuters and travelers is a herculean task and it will be tougher with the increases of the population with the passages of time in future.so considering the fact, the government ,specially the
district administration should have evolved some mechanism to ease the hardship faced by both the persons in duty and travelers.I think in these days of modern technology,it can be dealt very easily like by putting scanners, biometric or by depositing a Xerox copy of any authentic identity proof etc.
Further,even Arunachalee should also produce aadhaar or pan card or ST card/certificate if possible because from the face one cannot make identification.These days even a local face resembles to mainstream or vice versa.
I wish even nagaland police check ilp in this manner.....
