Replay the tutorial a few times with a no pressure run. You won’t keep anything but you can learn about the area first hand without it being consequential.
Honestly the jungle isn’t that bad to get through just have to be quiet and keep an high awareness. On my fifth drop, I stumbled into the jungle and made my way through quietly from coms to the jungle evac point and managed to evac before the storm came in
Just do naked runs in crescent falls. All the sweaty no lifes like to pvp in bright sands so looting in crescent falls is just sooo much easier. You just need to know how to deal with PvE. Tip for that is to use vertical terrain. The pathfinding on the mobs are very basic.
Thsi game is tough solo. for sure. You can try playing at early hours to avoid some of the sweat squads, but otherwise you just need to keep trying and you will have some success.
The beauty of the game is you never know what might happen. I farm Jungle, including Crashed Ship and Jungle Camp, so often and consistently have success.
They are supposed to be, but waterfall labs is always entirely looted. I sometimes find one at vaccine labs, but it's really annoying when I have 4 quests that all need optic glass, and I can only occasionally find one piece.

For me its usually partially looted, but either people don’t know all the loot locations or some of the loot is respawned. Im constantly finding good stuff
For me its fully looted about half th etime, partially looted about 25% of the time and unlooted 25% of the time. Keep heading back, it will pay out soon

Survival comes with experience a bit in the Jungle. I know every monster spawn and how to remove the aggro.

i have been there like 6 times already, i only got grenade boxes and sometimes a jacket that wasnt looted... how do you have all the loot there?
Its nothing in your control, just timing. The number of people that don't fully loot it is pretty remarkable... don't give up on it

Those 2 items are common in Waterfall Labs in the White Cabinets, but also found at Vaccine Labs and Crashed Ship

ive dropped crashed ship over 30 times and every single time its been looted 🔥😂

god forbid i shoot something in the jungle once and it feels like the whole map pulls up or they start camping the exit points
Sometimes it does feel like a 10 man team disperses and triangulates every exit of the Jungle just waiting to steal your hard fought plunder.
