They do have dedicated as tanks, you just have to upgrade the amphibious one to the aa variant.

It actually wasn't salty at all, this was a Singapore server and they usually don't get too annoyed. They deal with hackers almost every match so I'm just extra fuel to the fire.

You've inspired me to get back in the planes. Haven't flow at all since BF1. It's definitely a chore ranking the planes up though.
Glad I've had that effect. The ranking up is an absolute pain, I just focused on dogfights and had the important unlock (level 2) done in one game, and the rest in a few more.
Yeah, level 2 is super important. From there on out it seems to go quite quick

Do u pull away after shooting only about 10 explosive rounds before and kills register because you want to pre-avoid fleigerfausts? Also is it because the bullet travel time on those are so slow that they'll be registering as kills by the time you're gone?
Also any advice on aiming the bombs, it's hard for me because there's no reticle at the bottom
Yes I pull of early for that precise reason of avoiding fliegers. Aiming the bombs is hard to get used to but it's just dropping heaps of them

It's a really important lesson to learn on the new maps.

Just a question, im very impressioned to watch your video and i'm a beginner in BFV. For planes i think i do a mistake. Im always toggleing the gaz button "Q". But my friend said to me that it is not a good thing for shoot ot turn. Can you confirm that ?

Seems like you are able to turn really well while repairing. Is there a trick to that?
Yep there is, you have to turn using mouse instead of spacebar. Weird but it works. Not sure how this would apply to console, probably doesn't work.
Simplistically looking at it: At 185 kills, you killed their entire team 5.78 times over. Realistically a few of those dudes died tons to you alone.
Yeah it's usually the same few that don't play with a plane in mind. It's actually possible to avoid a plane believe it or not
Great flying but also thank your teammates flying with you taking care of the enemy fighters so you could concentrate on the infantry, its really annoying when you are the only pilot on your team and have to fight 3 airplanes and 2 aa guns at the same time

I use spacebar as well as mouse for pitch control. When I’m chasing someone in a hard turn I hold down space so I don’t need to drag my mouse off the table. However, when my crosshairs catch up to enemy and I transition to the mouse to aim, I’m very jumpy and usually miss most of my shots. Does that make sense and do you have any advice? Thanks.
It's just a practice thing. I hate the EXACT same problem when I came back to the game and it took me a few hours to smoothen it back out. Maybe try and lower your sensitivity (or raise it) and you could see some improvement. Otherwise it's just going to be a practice thing
Silk Thanks for the reply! I actually did just lower my sensitivity and it seems to help quite a lot. I think I need to use my mouse more too and not rely on spacebar as much.

I play on console. Large screen, and I sit fairly close, but I just can't see enemies at range. Maybe it's because I don't have 4k, or maybe console just doesn't render that detailed in the distance. Idk. Also, I like your low energy approach to streaming.
Thanks man! I'd recommend playing with a monitor if you're REALLY tryhard (I did this when I played console ages ago). Otherwise I think it's just practice in spotting even the smallest of movements. I don't know how to train this, I just developed the skills in ARMA 3 where you have to spot the smallest things on like 30 fps.

Turn your mesh quality to low
@@bowragak I prefer ultra, on low they appear as a plain green field which is good contrast agains the black ground on iwo jima, but on ultra they are more detailed and I can spot them better on green maps. Also I think they stop glowing at the same distance correct me if I'm wrong
I wish the FLIEGERFAUST can be equipped with a guided radar missile so it hits the plane more easily

Gosh my highest in that plane was 106-3 died by fleegafaust I thought there isent a way to counter it but may be I'll have to practice long range shots

I was farming the first week then it just became boring.
I play mainly as pilot, the pacific planes are a big mistake, an easy way to kill infantry quickly.
so most pilots just farm, and nobody attacks nobody.
I hope the splash damage bullets get nerfed, so pilots can dogfight again and not farm.

Absolutely right, the planes are way to strong now. Im sure DICE will nerf the ..... out of them soon. And for a good reason.
I respect your opinion and yeah they're too strong right now. I am happy with the state though given the fliegerfaust. If you had to get close right now, there'd be no point in flying
Either way - there still wouldn't be any dog fighting on this map. Pilots would just be bombing with incendiary bombs. With all the fliegerfausts in such a dense battle field on both sides you cannot dog fight over this battlefield.

I simply do not need them! I can see way more enemies than I can kill at any given time
The only thing I want to know is how the hell you manage to get the long range bombs on target almost all the time?! I've tried and tried to get the hang of that lol
Hahhaa well I've always been pretty dead on with the bombs since flying around 50k kills in the BF4 attack jet which had them
@@SilkOCE ah nice, I never really flew in BF4, I started in bf1 and it felt much easier than BF4 did so I stuck with it and got pretty competent.
I never flew before the Pacific much on bf5 as it wasn't rewarding enough but now I've maxed the level on crosshair and zero I'm having loads of fun! Like you say though, you gotta shoot from far back which renders my bombs completely useless! I don't seem to bump into many good pilots to practice dogfight manoeuvres with in these new planes either at the minute.

Silk idk i always try aiming for the head and when I take the shot it hits the torso,clearly that was a headshot because I aimed for the head but it hit the torso instead.

What are your tips for dog fighting on console?
This is way too general of a question, dogfighting is a big topic.
Basically just always try to turn towards the other plane, and use your rear view so you can make sure to go the right way after headons.
Dont use the button layout that you begin with, I believe the name of the one I use is Veteran. Where ur right trigger is throttle up and left trigger is throttle down. Itll give you a much better throttle control.

Can someone explain to me how the spotting works? Crowds are tagged and then those tags disappear. I doubt all of those enemies are killed instantly by opposing forces. Do smoke grenades clear tags or is there something else going on? Thx

I prefer commentary... you don't need to be speaking every second. But I feel like a good mix of your thoughts on the chaos unfolding, and perhaps reactions, are what makes your videos more whole. Just my opinion.
Yeah I agree tbh. This video was just to get something out there before my exams in case I couldn't do anything till after. Luckily I've been able to still get some stuff out to you guys. I finish in less than 24 hours though so that'll be good!

Complete right skilltree, 2 rockets who one - shot planes and have a good travel speed... and motor boost. People rage so much when you denie there success with the bomber xD This means instant AA - Fliegerfaust - AA-Tank :D

I got them eyes man. Nah seriously I played almost 3000 hours of ARMA 3 where spotting is way harder than BF, and you have to do it on 30 fps. Now this is easy to me.
