Best wishes to all at A P workshops. I am not a bike mechanic but have carried out routine maintenance on all my motorcycles over the years. These " how to " videos help explain various methods which are useful to us all. Keep up the good work and hope to visit soon.
Hi mate is it possible for the two molded overflow pipes inside the tank to leak as when I fill up tank get a fuel leak coming through one of the overflow pipes untill about half a tank left. Please get back to me thanks Darryl.
Cheers griff just emptied my RSV tank, i removed the pilot seat, tilted the tank back and used one of those vacuum oil extractors to get it all. Have you got any tips on tank lining? I hear the caswell product works if applied well. Cheers

Great to chat with you, Griff! Will try this and see how I get on! I'll keep you posted!
Will sealing the inside of the plastic tank with Caswell Tank Sealer prevent swelling?
Hello... can you do a video on why gen 2 fuel tanks seem to vacuum or pressurise please?
My tank blistered all the paint bubbled up so bought another tank repainted sound then the sprag clutch failed but still love them
Any chance of a video showing us reticent mechanics what is found and needed to disconnect the tank (a Falco in my case)?

Cheers Griff, just found out this week that this problem exits after the Mille came back from mot & injector fix. Great advice for a winter fix 👍
What about using TankSeal like you use on metal tanks to prevent rust, wouldn’t that fix the issue ?
