My home is in Nederland co, nowhere near DIA, but your new, lower flight paths that are now concentrated over Boulder, Jefferson, and Gilpin counties, we now get to know what it's like to live next to an airport. The planes are every two minutes and they are loud enough that it drowns out my laptop when I am INSIDE my house with the doors and windows closed. I chose to live here so I didn't have to deal with this noise and now, 30 years after it was built you bring it to us. As I more than two planes have flown overhead, and it's louder here than at my moms house at 6th and Quebec , in the middle of the city.
The FAA is facing multiple lawsuits and congressional push back because of the misery they have inflicted on 100's of thousands of people under this ill conceived Nextgen.
Air Disaster- Vanished A computer voice should tell the pilots to keep the nose level and in some cases increase the throttles as needed to keep the plane flying safetly.
NEXTGEN IS A NIGHTMARE!!! Across the country once quiet communities are being assaulted by repetitive low flying flights in these new superhighways, often every 5 minutes. I have taken to wearing gun range noise cancelling headphones to block it out. Other people are being denied a full nights sleep. People who moved to quiet mountain communities now have relentless planes flying over them at about 2,000ft. Children are suffering in schools under the flight super highhway not only having noise disruptions but also from pollution. It is outrageous and the FAA knows it and willfully lies, avoids, refuses to discuss.
@@metavatar lazy comment. Rather than thoughtfully considering our position and giving an articulate thoughtful response you call me a name that says more about you than me. Name calling. The new normal?

Well done.
I'm hitting wake turbulence all the time now thanks to your "reduced" separation standards. Wish they'd go back to where they were!
Next makes too much noise for populations on ground

This!
I don't support this because it's making local neighbors miserable!

Man, if only you were in charge of programming it, it would be WAY better!
