"It's only value if people can read it." Excellent marketing tip for any type of visual promotion - you have to understand the size of the media that you are working with and how it scales on phones vs desktops.
Cool tips! I like the shipping out timeframe. I am adding a rush order listing plus a video of the product made that will be private listing on my RUclips. Tysm for sharing. I learn so much! I think we have problems also with listing titles because Etsy says what is this instead of for who it is for. I am trying to get that through my head also title to YT vids too.
Thank you for your video! Sometimes I have a feeling that peoples now selling only downloads and print on demand products. It seems they are very popular and good option how to make money!
Do you have a video on product pricing? I am struggling in setting prices that are not too high but at the same time allowing me a high profit margin? Thanking you in advance.
Pricing strategy depends on many factors... your customer, your product mix, your stage of the business, your velocity of sales and your position in search among other factors. Reach out if you'd like any 1:1 guidance!
Always great info! Isn't there a company like or even Shopify that the customer can fill out requests to directly via Etsy so the shop can be totally self-run, especially for us who are disabled and can't always be at the computer? Thanks!
What dimensions is the best for a listing photo? The one Etsy suggests - is blurry on larger screens. I’m always so confused. Wider is in now? Everyone ditched the cute square trend?
Very good question! It depends on your products. If you're looking for more help on this, feel free to reach out to me on instagram or facebook -- instagram.com/dylanjahraus/ facebook.com/groups/dylanjahraus/
Yes. Digital Products. I notice you speak quite alot about print on demand shops, I am wondering what your advice would be for shops who selling digital products such as social media templates, MRR , digital planners, etc.

I mean, I get it. . . When other listings offer 1000 . . . You're saying to offer 1500. But when does it get silly? Like if everyone does that, eventually that advice is going to say "offer 20 unquadragintillion because everyone else is offering a quadragintillion" . . . .its silly.
Think of it more like different colors, sizes, not necessarily quantity of items. Customers love bundles because they feel like they are getting a deal 😊
I am a small etsy seller. Last time I took a custom request which started as something simple and ended up as a 3 day job . It was the last time. Never again. Not worth my time. If you add all the time like emails, drawings, sample photos etc you would need to charge ridiculous prices. So be very careful when offering custom orders. The biggest time sucker there is. Also there is much easier way of offering products in a different colour rather than making it. Its called photoshop or procreate (even better). Who on Earth makes several colour products for testing😂
This is a really great question. Please send me a message on Instagram @DylanJahraus we'll chat its not easy to have a conversation on here, use the code "GROWTH1”. Or you can also reach me here at this link dylanjahraus.com/contact

Many if the manufacturers only offer one color for a product so how can you offer more than one color. ?
how do you find the product in all these colors and sizes, let alone wholesale.
Would love to talk to you on IG to discuss your plans for your Etsy shop. Here's my handle @DylanJahraus.
What about selling digital products mrr plr
It's quite interesting... are you planning on selling mrr plr?

1500 files... ha ha - Gosh, that is hard to compete with. Especially for 12 dollars.
at 14:21 - its why digital assets in some ways are depreciated. People want 1000 + files for under 20 dollars.
5000 files for 3 dollars. Yup, I refuse to compete with that.
No thanks. This is begging to aggravation.
What do you mean?
@@angeloptz1475 The buyers will never stop bothering the seller. The seller will work hard 7 days a week, forever. No thanks,.
@dylanjahraus When do you ask a customer about a product variation: while they’re placing the order or in a follow-up email after the sale? Thank you!
