From what I was told Troyes aren't in a position to demand for Ugbo being a relegated club they're not allowed to ask 3 mil so may get him for under 3 I'd say try a 1.8 - 1-9 mil

Troyes are a city group club so they can probably offload him for a higher price quite easily. Hopefully not tho top player
