The rookie was the BT14 Agumon that gives plus 2K to Greymon so the Greymon was 7K. It still gets to pop on digivolve. It just needs Koro for the plus 3K
What an interesting build of the deck. I see a lot of draw power, but no real way to search for the pieces. I think the Agubond tamer is a trap, unless he's running Agubonds. Too many DP buff agus that don't provide you much out side of dp which isn't a real problem. Scrap those run a 4x4 of the new gabu and agu, 3x bt12 agu, 3x ex4 gabus. I would drop the agubond tais in place of the bt17 tai and kari. 3 drop tamer that lets you bot deck to draw one and play a tai tamer.
lol I know in theory the build looks weird but in practice it does work I promise. The deck has the same problem that Alter-S has in that it’s very piece reliant. I don’t like the EX4 Agu and Gabu in this deck because after the search they put everything on the top of the deck so if I were to whiff on that search then I’ll continue to whiff because those cards go right back in the deck. I’d much rather just draw the cards and add them to hand cause while it might not be exactly what I need at the moment, it’s something I can use later. That being said I need a red source in order to even play Heir of Dragons or Fire Ball and as you saw in game 3 I’m not always gonna have a Tai&Matt so that’s why I went with the all Red Agu build and the 2x BT6 Tai. It’s not a trap because that cards nets me memory and draw(2 things red struggles with)on promoting and encourages me to promote and not just hide in raising all game until I find my pieces. That means I had to drop the Gabus and yes I loose out on the chance to Warp Gabu but honestly Gabu is too conditional. I need a Matt out for the draw. It’s easier to proc draws off the BT6 Tai and I’d rather draw 2 with Heir of Dragons and Fire Ball then draw one off of Gabu. Also the more I played it the more I can truthfully say I don’t like the Tai&Kari for this deck. Yes end of turn it nets me a draw and it can play a Tai for free but… 1. I have to have a Tai in hand otherwise I’m gambling on the botdeck and draw. 2. Id much rather play a card that nets me advantage immediately. The deck is already slow so I don’t want to wait to get a payoff while my opponent gets to advance in the game.
@jdcONhizPC, alright gotta give an update here. I just won my evo Cup with Omni. I made one change that you had in your list to my list, and it was adding two copies of Heir of Dragons. It came up a ton and was never a dead card in hand. Thank you for the tech!

I liked the new omni dna deck but it felt that first if you dont see the option ypu can get way way behind and the set up some times can be to slow in comparison to everything in the meta but if you manage to pull it all really fast you can get crazy out of nowhere
Hey Ben & TJ, So the misplay was that in game 3 I played the Starter Tai instead of the Tai&Matt. I had both in hand but wanted to establish memory. And because of that I couldn’t play the option to play a Agu for free or have protection against a pop. Also I couldn’t play the MetalGarurumon for 8. That also was a mistake but I was admittedly panicking 😂 and just didn’t realize

Gallant had 17k DP via its own when digivolving/attacking effect until the end of the opponent’s turn, so Greymon couldn’t delete him lol

I couldn’t…. I’m so used to having the Tai&Matt out that playing MetalGaruru for 8 is was a force of habit 😅 so that was a mistake on my part
