    I love your beautiful paintings, Elizabeth. Thank you for showing us your shadow-box for your still-life paintings; it is the nicest one I've seen on the internet. After a few years painting, I'm ready to set up a still-life station. (A great term, btw, rather than 'shadow box'.)

    Always really well presented informative content. Seen a few videos on this subject and this is the best one in my view.

    Thank you so much for the video! I certainly understand the cord issue but as you were moving the light demonstrating more options, I had an idea. I wonder if there could be an outlet added to the ceiling and the cord could be plugged in above you but the light still available to move around.

    Thank you so much for showing your set up, much appreciated 😊. On the video, you provide approximate inches for the two sizes of boxes that you have made. It would be very helpful if you would give the exact sizes of height, depth and width of them in order to be able to make these. Is it possible for you to provide the measures?

    • @inspiredtopaint
      @inspiredtopaint  2 года назад +2

      The smaller box is 20"wide with 18" sides. The larger one is 36" wide with the sides being 20". however, you can make them any size you want.

    Do you need to use a primer over Masonite before painting it? What kind of primer (or any other base) would you recommend?

      I just painted mine with house paint. Doesn't need to be primed

    What was the paint mixture for the boards that were painted ?

    • @inspiredtopaint
      @inspiredtopaint  2 года назад +1

      To be honest I painted these about 18 years ago so I'm not sure. It was a warm gray green in both light and dark values.
