The majority of US people write her off as a one hit wonder, due to the fact most of her albums don't get US releases, and they have never heard anything from her since her debut album. Most are just too lazy to do their research. I think her first two were the only ones released in the US on disc, before iTunes and digital became a thing. At least some of her know of her talent.
I am 17 years old and I discovered Natalie and her songs a half year ago, so I didn't have the possibility to the past to wait during a new album to be released. But now I have it and the emotion of this is fantastic. Very very nice song!!!!
