There is a reason people ask you to do work for them over and over and over: you deliver value with your work. Everything I've seen you do, the land is so improved over what it was before. A beautiful and useful meadow & pond where there were soggy, useless woods. Decent drainage and useable roads where there were bogs and sinkholes. Thank you for sharing with us, Chris. I'm enjoying the trip.
Definitely better than local county. County put asphalt millings on top of wet clay/gravel mix. 16 months ago. We had 11 months with no rain and the road was still squeezing water up through the unpacked asphalt millings just driving my F-150 on it. It's a mess of potholes... They've run a grader over it once a month the last 6 months, but it only helps for a week. Rolling it would do no good at this point. They need to scoop the millings off so the clay/gravel can dry.
Your skill and expertise shines on every project, the Bealy Good ponds is a perfect example of excellance. Maybe I'm just a simple man and easy to please, but keep shining on Chris your videos are simply addicting.
That is most unusual Chris. You are always waiting on someone. Love watching the motor grater. Great job again today. Thanks Chris. Would you please make video of the cabin? Haven't seen it in a while. Thanks.
Another highly enjoyable Sunday afternoon episode of Chris Letsdig18 running the muni ex and the motor grader on the never ending add nother zero the the check property. I'll be surprised if Chris actually ever stops having projects to do for that property owner.
Chris You make the Drains how not a Other. Straight and with Perfect fall for the Drainage. The Stone around the Shop to Produce a great and hard. For the Car Place, however a Perfect Work. Tanks for the Video. 💪👌
Chris your work ethic is outstanding!! You get more done in a day than 3 average people would normally do Know you got to GetR Done cause Bealy Good will be hollering for you Chris I need you NOW!!! 🤣🤣
This is sure different than when Chris 1st started the pond on that job. Back then, where he was working, the only thing that wouldn't get stuck was an airboat. Much, much nicer now!
Looks great with the roads in bro, the best thing on your side is having all the right toys for the job, well except for the grader which you have access to. Yes I know one is on your radar. Safe travels. Ken.
Interesting to see the overall project come together remembering the start of the build(s). That shop is going to look really nice once you get things all slicked up, thanks for the update, appreciated your efforts to get the video out in the heat.
Yesterday saw a video timed about the same as this one only it was Merlin's old school Garage in Arizona, they started with 100 degrees and ended the day at 115 and 50% humidity, I bet you had higher than that .The humidity always makes it feel close.Up here in Charlevoix Mi. it's been 60 degrees a rather mild summer generally it's closer to 80 or 90 but at those temps we have 80% humidity, at 60 degrees were running between 90 and a 100% humidity. When the due point and ambient temp. are the same by the middle of the day you feel like you've been working in the rain the sweat just sticks to you oh you're cool but you feel gross and if you're not careful you'll get pneumonia instead of heat stroke. LOL Yep you ARE worth your wages THAT was a days work.
The mini looks much larger than I remembered. When you walked past the blade I realized it was not as small as I thought it was, that made me realize my mistake.
Hey chris the motor graddor saw great did over hual the engine.....I remember Mr. Donnie said he has replace his on his beautiful haul Truck like 5 or more time...say hey to him for me.
It's kinda strange how It's hotter up in N.C. and north than here just above the 18 mile streach to the Florida Keys in Homestead. 88 degrees her today with a 15 to 20 knot breeze off the Ocean. 100 degrees has to be brutal running open air equipment in dusty conditions. Chrs gets it done anyways.
The ocean tempers the heat, cools it down. NC doesnt have that, unless theres a hurricane coming! South central NC had the most oppressive heat/humidity i have ever experienced. never been to AL or MS, told it’s worse down there. Th
You got that right Chris, It was 106+ here in Western Ky. yesterday !! Freakin' Smokin' Hot !! But, thank goodness it has cooled down some today "Sunday' saying 84 right now at 6:20 pm. was still around 100 this time yesterday !! lolol... I hate this damn heat anymore myself Man !! You got the road looking Great Man, I know it was Hot as all hell doing those gutters !! But, got it all coming together looking awesome as always !! Have a Great Evening !! And , On too the Next ....
Making progress. Nicely packed clay drive for the trench. Laying trench pipes in that heat must have been awful uncomfortable - nice cool swim required after this day's work.
One things for sure, I would not want that customers monthly bill from Chris 😱😱😱 ...............and that's without all the stone being trucked in !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Praying you get a break on the heat wave…stay hydrated Chris, we have to keep you healthy!! This project just keeps looking better and better! 👏👏👏💯💯👏👏👏
That was a fast video. :) How do you know when the blade needs adjusting? Is the blade of the grader set to a certain height? The grader is the most magical equipment that you have. :) Thank you and have a great and awesome week.

Just watching him run any equipment is satisfying with how smooth he is with it
@@scarxgn8355 Agree. He makes it look easy.
You build roads better than most state highways do.
Definitely better than local county.

Non union.
V@@fhuber750716 months ago we had 11 months of no rain ....fantastic 😂😂😂
Without a dozen “workers” standing around watching the traffic jam they’ve created!
I will never get over how satisfying it is to watch a grader blade move stone.
Motor grader ADDICT
🇺🇸🇨🇱
I always like the camera view of that blade spreading stone
Nothing better than watching chris on a Sunday afternoon awesome..hit that like button first then sit back and watch friends...
⭐💯👍GoTeamLetsDig18 👍💯⭐
It's so satisfying to watch matterials curl off the grader blade
I’ve been trying to figure out why that is mesmerizing. It’s just gravel. But it is!
Running that Motor Grader is one of my favorite things to watch you do. It's mesmerizing.
love your work Chris, happy birthday Winston 🐶
Chris is definitely a master at His trade.
Around the building and the road is looking so good. Just another letsdig18 awesome job.
I bet the bucket on the mini seems like a teaspoon compared to the 350 bucket

To say you was busy is a slight understatement. Using your time extremely wise. Its looking better every visit.
Well done! That’s a lot of work, then add heat! Sleeping won’t be a problem I imagine.
Super 😊😊😊
That’s a dam good day I’d say nicely done Chris 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
Looks wide open driving and parking areas which I like too. 👍👍👍
Really love how the project is coming along. The gutter drains are a game changer!
He might regret using that type of pipe in the future. It will eventually get clogged with roots and mud
Motor grader” that’s what I’m talking about.👍
With my comfortable limit at 70, glad it's not me that has to work out in 100 degrees :-)
a Paycheck helps
@@tatmanco Not all the time though. :)

I like the way the small grader shines up everything. I'd like to have one of those to play with during my twilight years...lol.
lots of hard work there, very nice job,

You can tell where they got the sounds for the terminators in the later terminator movies. Yup Chris’s mini

Chris can really dig in a straight line. Wow!
I know! I was looking at that. Pete from Just a Few Acres Farm was digging a trench for tile today and, uh, I love Pete but…it wasn’t straight.
@@danielcohn-bendit701 I was hoping he would dynamite that rock vein that forced him to abandaon the first trench.
Owner needs garage doors on that building!
It's 108° southwestern Arizona. I'm ready for fall already 😂. Great video and enjoy them.
And its 62 in Wisconsin with like 4" of rain... ill trade you. We've barely had any summer heat this year yet.. just rain.
Now is this the Gravel you crushed
@digginok had a cold chill run down his spine, didn't know why until he watched this video and saw Chris' trenching style! 😂
Watching the gravel truck shows that you can see people coming from a long way off
Looking good!

Great work out there boss 🤙
Looks really good chris
Best skid-steer road foundation layer spread Ever!

Said it before...Perfect building for a rain water harvesting tank. WC, jet washing machinery and even sprinklers to keep the grass alive.
