Within one week, I had so many compliments how young I looked for my age, how flawless my complexion was, people asking me if I had lost weight or if I did something different with my hair. I was in my local Talbots store today and I bought a really pretty floral blouse from the new fall collection. I tried it on and was surprised by how much I liked it! It’s going to go with so many colors in my closet…greens, lilac, denim, white, beige…it’s called a ditsy flower or something like that.

Beautiful makeup Cathy. The other day, I used a cream on my face in the morning and my foundation was "pilling" on top. The more I tried to fix it, the more horrible it got! So I got another cream (Etude House moistfull collagen cream) and my makeup is flawless. So if someone has the same problem, it might not be the foundation, it might be the cream used under. I love this makeup look! You look so pretty. Thank you for sharing. My favorite lip liner: Revlon Color Stay Long Wear Lip Liner in Nude. I'm not a lipstick person, so I typically use Dr Bronner's lip balm and top with lip liner. Other than the Revlon, like you, I use Charlotte Tilbury.

Recently I started watching some "mature" women beauty RUclipsrs. I am looking forward to trying some of their tips that seem so simple. Like me, they often have hooded eye issues which makes using eyeshadow tricky. They suggest using mid-toned browns on the hooded part of the lid (higher than your application in this video) to help them recede. I am going to try this soon. Have you tried this technique and if so how did you like the result?

I do know from over the years watching my other favorite Canadian influencers use U.S. P.O. Boxes to help with these issues 👍. I’m 59 , born and raised in New York, and now live in Palm Beach , Florida, and I as well agree with you that we’re neighbors and NEVER understood the implementation of taxes imposed on merchandise 🤷♀️😒.

I agree, our government rules make it impossible for crossborder trade. Ridiculous! We don't have many stores left here in Edmonton because all companies are leaving.
