In my opinion, they are doing their relationship the right way. I feel like these "bachelor couples" rush things & it makes me happy to know that they are taking their time and actually experiencing life together.
Jordan's response to the honeymoon phase question was amazing!!! Ive never heard it said like that and it makes me so happy that once the honeymoon phase wears off, you still experience that but in different ways. Love that!!!

I love this so much. I'm in a long term relationship (just married my husband after 9 years of dating) and people often ask me "how do you do it!? That's so long!" But I really identified with what you said, Jordan. I fall in love with my partner over and over. Sometimes, things are not as sparky and exciting as other times. Nothing can be a "honeymoon" all that time...that's exhausting! Love ebbs and flows; changes and evolves. What a lovely feeling and perspective you have.

I agree with JoJo’s advices for the single ladies. As soon as I stopped thinking about meeting guys, and focused on training for an 8k, started volunteering for an organization I love and took a leap in my career, my perfect guy just showed up! I was the busiest, most fulfilled and focused on me I’ve ever been when I met my person. Which I think also helps you stay grounded and not get too sucked into a new relationship.
I love how the both of you explained the "out of the honeymoon" stage. I've been with my man with so many years and I believe honeymoon phases come and go depending on where we're at in our lives. Keep shining so much light in our lives💛

I love that you guys find humor in frustrating situations. When you guys were talking about people breaking up and how it might not be because of the person that got broken up with ... This is a really cool side of Jordan :) you two are inspirational. Relationships are not always easy. I’m married 3 years now and we are trying to start a family. I’m 31 so sometimes I feel panic like, I feel too old but my mom was conceived at 41 and my little sister was conceived at 35. Random side note but thought I’d bring it up because I can see you two being super amazing parents :)

The way I handle frustrating moments with my family and friends is I use the word "bubbles" it's a safe word, time out, relax word, used when in frustrating moments or heated moments. Reasons for that is because the word "bubbles" can not be said angry. Its physically impossible to say " bubbles" when angry. This calms me down and makes everyone know not to bother me for a few minutes to cool down. It really works. I love you guys!!!

My husband & I have been married for 23yrs, we don't argue often, if we do it's usually over very quickly....now football I get heated about, lol, (he laughs at my "football passion") I may have accidentally thrown a pen at my hubby Sunday night at the end of OT...too avoid throwing it at the TV, lol.
