The fox and sabonis disrespect is crazy
I get backcourt of Steph, Ant, Booker.. it's loaded. But Sabonis def deserved it over KAT. And PG too. If you were leaving out Fox, Sabonis had to get in.

KAT shouldn't have made it though. He's having a solid year and I get Minn is #1 seed, but Edwards was the only one who really deserved it.
It's a good thing Stephen A Smith wasn't the only one voting or Doncic and Jokic wouldn't have been on the team either.

Sabonis is not better than AD. He averages more assists because he’s required to do so and Fox is a scoring guard. AD just needs to focus on scoring and rebounding because he’s got Bron, DLo and Reaves feeding him the rock.
AD has been the most consistent player in the NBA for the past year.
Sabonis is better in Points because he is shooting less.

If anyone was crying about Lebron making it Curry and Fox stats are pretty similar and the Kings are the 5th seed while the Warriors are the 12th seed yet Curry still made it. Like I said the legacy plays a role in this.

It's really not..he's still the face of the league until the day he retires. The all-star game will always have popular household names. Whatever gets them a lot of views during the game, which is having people like LeBron and Curry playing. Both are well deserved to be in it for individual accolades this season anyway. Considering their ages, they haven't taken a step back yet when in reality they should have by now.
Fox and Sabonis should just use this as motivation to play harder to prove the coaches wrong. 💜LTB

This is one of the nba's system I don't like: They only consider the 1st half of the season on selecting nba all-star rosters but not considering the 2nd half of the season especially the playoffs which is more pressure. That's why I like suggesting to have an nba all-star selection after the nba finals.
Examples are Jimmy Butler & Jamal Murray: they are both did not become part of nba all-star roster last year even though they outshined other players(who become part of that nba all-star roster) last playoffs & made it to nba finals. The worst part here is most of the nba all-stars last year did not even made it to playoffs(like Doncic, Lillard, Derozan, Siakam, SGA, Markannen etc.). If someone will say it's because they have a great stats last season, well I disagree(in advance) because we play basketball to win. Also, it is easier to have a great stats if you always have the ball but the question here is: Are they really efficient & are they winning when they always have the ball?

Jimmy Butler, Jamal Murray, Domantas Sabonis & Rudy Gobert were snubbed 🤦 Well, I'm not surprised maybe because the coaches are Americans and they don't want to select international players 🤔 This is one of the nba's system I don't like: They only consider the 1st half of the season on selecting nba all-star rosters but not considering the 2nd half of the season especially the playoffs which is more pressure & where you can see the all-out greatness of the players. That's why I like suggesting to have an nba all-star selection after the nba finals.
Examples are Jimmy Butler & Jamal Murray: they are both did not become part of nba all-star roster last year even though they outshined other players(who become part of that roster) last playoffs & made it to nba finals. The worst part here is most of the nba all-stars last year did not even made it to playoffs(like Doncic, Lillard, Derozan, Siakam, SGA, Markannen etc.). If someone will say it's because they have a great stats last season, well I disagree(in advance) because we play basketball to win. Also, it is easier to have a great stats if you always have the ball but the question here is: Are they really efficient & are they winning when they always have the ball?
All star weekend needs to have a 1 on 1 basketball competition.
We don't need the biggest stars to play if they don't want.
The best thing we have seen during all star weekend in recent years was the Gordon /lavine dunk contest.
Neither guy was a star but the contest was compelling to watch.
A 1 on 1 contest would be compelling to watch regardless of stature of the players involved.
The way they say thank you when they get the envelopes is so formal...
