I'm not sure that you'll see this but your style just works so well in my opinion. I take a medication in which if I forget within 5 hours or I experience extreme discomfort, hallucinations, brains zaps the works. I take it at night so I also have to say the reminder to take medications must have helped many like myself. Also your videos have helped me so much when my mind goes everywhere.
I am actually so scared of doing math (especially when i have to do math without a calculator) but this really helped me feel more confident about my math skills. Ty
I was away from home in a stressful place and I just got home and had to go to the doctor because an ache in my cheek. Apparently I clenched my jaw so hard in my sleep while away that I bruised a nerve. Going to try to be gentle with myself and try to make sure I’m relaxed for bed from now on.
It's become a staple part of my nightly routine to answer "nope" to the first three questions about sleeping, eating and drinking 😂 Kind of sad that it still hasn't changed after a year despite my best efforts, but at least it makes me laugh every time... I also hope you've been getting enough sleep, eating well and drinking plenty of water yourself, it is very important 😜 (but if not that's okay you'll live anyway somehow)
I watched this last night to sleep and I can’t remember a single equation or answering a single equation so tonight I’m gonna lock in and get them all right while also falling asleep

Oddly, this is how I put myself to sleep at night when I can’t sleep. I do multiplication problems in my head until I go to sleep.
