I started exercising because I know it’ll lower chronic pain in the long run but for right now my body hurts so bad I haven’t been able to sleep for days. I’m going back to the asmr that always helps me the most to distract from any circumstances. Needed the comfort and nostalgia

Idk if this makes sense but something about your videos makes them actually much more relaxing to listen to off my headphones and with the background noise of my house. It just kinda feels like how I should be hearing your voice?? This is the only channel I feel this way about as far as I know, it’s quite interesting.

I can make one titled specifically for without headphones again at some point, although all of my videos are made for viewing without headphones unless I do anything specifically binaural which isn't very often. 👀

I liked the plastic fidget a lot. This was a great session, i really enjoyed counting the seconds as well and hadn't seen that before.
I can't remember if it was this channel (i think so) but I thought you used to do something like "great job so far, lets take a break" and do like some deep breaths or something. I really liked that and even if it wasn't this channel i think it would fit into these sessions really well. I like the concept of the "break" as almost like a reward. It's hard to explain, sorry 😅

Hey, I love your videos but I have only one suggestion. I'm not a huge fan of brushing, crinkling and scratching sort of sounds, so I would love if you could do a sort of video where maybe you had like wooden blocks, counting slow taps on a wooden block would be amazing. You could also do something where you tap on a certain side and we have to tell you what sound we thought it was on.
Tldr: some tapping sounds please!

The seconds counting was slightly bothering. You saying 15 seconds after 24 passed made me question myself. xD
So, my suggestion would be to keep checking with a stopwatch or something. xP
Yeah I think next time I should have an aid to increase accuracy. It's quite hard to stay consistent with the pacing. 😅

Hi samuel :) i really love your videos but theres some little request i would like to ask. Aa im sorry if its sounds offensive but i hope you dont mind if its possible for you to increase the audio volume for ur videos a little? Dont get me wrong i really do enjoy your asmr and a big fan of your channel but i had to increase my earphone speaker volume above the warning red line just to hear ur calming voice, and it scares me a little because i kept dozing off and jumpscared myself from my sleep with loud ads and it hurt my ears :(
Thank you for the comment. It's a little difficult to increase the audio without making the audio sound too boosted and low-quality. Since the last time I received comments like this I have boosted all audio by 5dB but I don't think going much louder is possible without an abundance of background noise. Also regarding the advertisements at the end of videos, I sadly cannot do anything about that now as RUclips force them on videos and have removed the option to turn them off while keeping pre-video ads enabled. I'm always looking for ways to improve though so eventually this issue may be solved, I'm assuming once I move out and get better equipment. My only suggestion would be to watch without earphones or headphones if possible and adjust your sound accordingly. Once again, thank you for the comment. I appreciate the feedback. 🙌
