Hi!! Could you make a video that is like trivia on biology or history? You could list multiple choice. You are amazing and I love answering questions for sleep but I have never been able to do mental math. 😢 But I think another subject would be so fun!!
I very much second this! I've always loved semi-engaging ASMR where it's multiple choice but you still learn something or hear someone talk about a topic/subject if you're not up to answering all that much. It's not entirely the same as just hearing someone ramble about a subject and this type of stuff just hits the sleepy spot a bit better!
these help soo much with my adhd brain that needs something to focus on to get quiet and i also LOVE how you give us the right answers instead of just silence and no answer like some others do

sounds silly but i found watching behind the scenes of horror movies helped me not find them so scary after. i would watch makeup and special effect transformations of the actors turning into the scary characters and look at how they filmed the scenes. i found it really helpful!
Working on some 3D modeling stuff and saw I had missed this upload yesterday. Decided it was a good time as any to listen to some maths questions, so now I'm drowsy whilst giving textures to 3D models and I absolutely love that feeling of getting cosy and sleepy whilst not yet going to bed :D Definitely listening to this again whilst actively trying to do the maths when I go to bed later tonight!
