Sir What is the scope for chip manufacturing and their related fields engineers in future in India.What are the locations where the chip manufacturing plants and their research units are likely to come. Whose salary and oppurtinities will be more between chip manufactiring engineer and their allied activities engineer or vlsi design and verification engineers.please reply.

Sir can u tell me is there any chance to get placement after btech in vlsi.. and from where should I prepare for placement.. and can u tell me for core companies off campus placement how n which subjects should I prepare? currently I'm in 3rd year ece
Good that you are having interest in VLSI Domain. Some Colleges have VLSI placements and some companies hire freshers directly (see my recent videos on fresher openings). For preparation decide first, you want to be in Frontend or Backend. For the Design Verification role, check the video on that. Since you are in 6th sem, Start with Digital, verilog, CMOS VLSI.
