Christine, if they are going to be sent from out of the USA, Customs agents usually take all the good stuff out. I have over half a dozen international MREs that are all partials. No meat and no good desserts. Are you shipping internationally?

my mother met my stepfather when his service was coming to an end, he snuck some MREs home for us to try, it was truly something amazing I felt like I was in a movie, in 2011 he took us to see the base he was stationed at, sadly did not get to go inside but seeing all the trucks and soldiers walk around was so cool for me, we even got to see a truck transporting tanks leave the base
That’s a good way to repurpose brass. The Koreans crafted artisan items from range brass. The trouble was keeping the indigenous population off the range. Some lost their lives in pursuit of the metals we fired down range.
I remember this MRE when it was something like Oriential Chicken with Thai Sauce about 2002. This one was real good because it a bit different from the others and it had all the best snacks that came with it. Always enjoy your content.
Im not religious at all and I don't like watching MRE's videos....but im still watching every Ace's video and The Ancient videos only because they make me feel happy. Cloe, FYI, I fold over the top and lean it against a table leg at a 45 degree angle. The newer ones heat right up. I've had trouble with the last two older MREs. TFW!
from what google just said you only a couple of peice of salt they said it best to dissolve in an old eye drop bottle first as you only need a just very little bit! but you still didn't put it back in the box and put at an angle so the steam stays and heats the meals and cheese so you can knead it faster
Lion chocolate bars are very common here, in Portugal, it really surprised me that in a more "exotic" or different MREl like the one you taste tested, about all components were good, heating up that rice with a little water would probably make it perfect, and those vanilla capuccinos are usualy better with hot water. My grandfather was in the Navy and at Pearl Harbor when it was bombed. He survived. But was never the same. He told some things but he had stories that were off limits. Like certain he wouldnt or couldnt talk about. He never said how it happened but he received a purple heart. Just wondering if there were certain things u seen or did, that u cant or wont talk about ? Thank u for ur service!! Salute sir!

As a result, all my 'stories' are of either a fun, whimsical nature or just related to unique experiences. Kind of like a guy I knew who was in during WW2 but was always stationed state side. He never had to experience any of the bad things that so many others, like your grandfather, were subjected to. TFW!

Honestly I didn’t thing salt helps the heater. Since I’m been in the army for the past 7 years, I’ve heard that the heater was designed specifically for a one time use how it is. So adding salt would just ruin it.

I didn't. I just started to enjoy it in my 60s. When I was active duty, they didn't put Tabasco Sauce in the MREs. TFW
