Love this video!! The W108 is my favorite car by far, and I'm glad that this little jewel is your hands!! You had me with your comment on the mirrors, such a regal car can't have ugly plastic mirrors!! Hope to see the rest of the restoration.
Well done I have the 280 sel 1973 it needs a full job. When you took it for a test drive I love the fact when you put to relax the left hand on the door that says right there job well done I wish I could do that one day.
That’s a great product. I worked a Boeing until I retired five years ago. That product was used on all the metal structure in the lower lobe of the airplanes.very effective anti corrosive.
I didn't order through any particular web site. You can order many classic parts at your local MB-dealer. I also have other contacts, so let me know if there are parts you can't find. I might be able to help.
Thanks for your comment Manuel! I get most of my parts from contacts that deal with classic MB parts. You can also order many original parts at your local MB dealer. Let me know if there are parts that you can´t find, maybe I can help.

Hi and thanks for your comment. I mostly use 2K primer or a good quality 1K. Then products like Dinol/Dinitrol.
