The 24 year old male was pulled over off the road to change a flat tire. He was not commiting a crime. He was not a felon. He is in fact legally allowed to carry a firearm. The drug charges the lady officer tried to pin on him have been thrown out and recognized as false by the state.
The only criminal on this video is the one holding a taser.
He has felony charges, he is a drug trafficker. LOL this is not an outstanding citizen.

I have seen and read several articles about this. All written articles are naming the victim, but they all say "an unidentified female police officer." She has been placed on administrative leave. But I am wanting to know why all the writers are naming the victim but not naming the female police officer.

It's not a race issue, it's an abuse of power issue that this cop truly showcased. The human was already handcuffed. Once you put in the race card, you simply give the real issue less awareness. Abuse of power, desiring more control if the situation, and perhaps a thrill of tasing a human being. (It could have been any other race. This case just so happenes to be a black man.)

@@MrLorenzovanmatterho First of all I watched the clip and it was one on one. She handcuffed him behind his back and then took the gun away. One a person is handcuffed behind their back they are no threat. There is no reason to tase him. When a person is in handcuffs, tasing is not allowed.
When she tased him she said shut up. She didn’t say stop resisting or comply with my orders. She made it clear what made her taser him. She said three times for him to shut up. Anyone who sees this and tries to make up excuses for her has some issues that need resolving. 🤦🏾♂️
