I am so happy that the body found in cell 35 now has a name, and that his family can finally grieve and find the closure they deserve. Such a dignified father. They do not deserve to be caught up in this tragedy. My condolences go out to the whole family at this very sad time.

İ agree but there are a lot of missing persons in SA...also they were still investigating the case, bester had no file that they could use to veify...it's him being caught that proves indeed the body is someone else and now the question had to who....had he been buried they'd have made investigations incomplete and they (nandipha's legal team)could use it in their favor.... there's so much we still have left to discover,in my view! So sad for everyone involved especially the victims

Doctors don't fear dead bodies. So it was easy 4 her,Nandipha, to handle multiple corpses from mortuary.Mortury attendants must account for this. State is responsible for the mess and must be sued for negligency.

People who are POLICE IN BLOEM ARE A PART OF THIS VILE SCHEME, having sold the corpse to Nandipha SEKELENI ,who 'claims' the body which she boxes and sends to Mangaung around end of April..bcz 3 days later, KATLEGO MPHOLOs body was cremated like a dog😡😭
Maybe they called everyone who reported a missing person around that time who fit the description then took tests... that's what I think....i could be wrong

My deepest condolences to the family. So so sorry for your loss - and in such a horrific way. May each and every person complicit in his death and the disrespect of his body bear the judgement of God.
I expect if he was taken to hospital by ambulance and seen in hospital there would be not only documentation for this by the hospital but also a police report. There would also be a postmortem report which would clarify cause of death and possible weapon to have caused the blunt force trauma. I'd also expect that any DNA carried out is what has been compared to the parent. That original autopsy should ascertain when compared to where he is alleged to have collapsed if they tally up. Coz if he collapsed somewhere where there was no possible hard surface then it wouldn't make sense. Also family would be asked if he had any health condition that would rationalise such a collapse I.e. epilepsy or poorly managed diabetes. If not, the autopsy would have done bloods to rule out say alcohol levels or poisons etc. So again, if he was not intoxicated, and no medical reason to collapse, then maybe he was struck by someone using something to cause his death. So much to this specific person's death to mull through. Atleast the deceased has been identified and the family know he is truly gone and not just missing for their healing to happen. As for the love jail birds....woooo shem they have levels of evil we may never understand or accept and hope the prosecution team do the things to prove the crimes so a satisfactory sentencing happens.

It's possible that he could have been attacked and hit by a blunt object in town, collapsed from the hit, was rushed to hospital while profusely losing a lot of blood on the way there, and by the time he got to hospital had died due to excessive blood loss.

If he collapsed, he must have had his phone with him and someone must have been communicated with from his contacts. He did not arrive dead at the hospital, he should have given close relative name. He is an adult , if he passed on unknown, his fingerprints would have given information as to who he is and his parents would have been identified more so he was reported missing.

You could be right.. someone killed Katlego and smuggled him into the prison cell, or when Katlego collapsed, it's possible that the doctor that attended to him was Nandipha, and she made arrangements with her father to have the body smuggled into the prison cell.

This does not make sense. The pathologist said that the burnt body found in Bester's cell had died bcs of a blunt force on the head. Now, they say that the person collapsed. I think this may weaken the case. Did the person who burnt really Katlego? This story is just confusing and confused.

I'd like to know, how did he slip from hospital to the mortuary. did the hospital even bother notifying the family of him being there or that he has died. not even his current family or his natal family has mentioned or heard of his death until now. there is either information in regards of the hospital being involved or there is more to un-cover as to where he has been, or as to who brought him to the hospital and why no news has surfaced for so long. also does no one work at the mortuary? why did whoever was involved in the autopsy not mention the missing body or bother getting in touch with the family in regards to his death.
