I would love to see a more detailed review on the Literadio3 Pro for sure! Even to see the internals to see how they mounted the antenna, etc. One other thing I wondered is, since it seems to have the same size gimbals (from the specs) as the zorro, would the A01G mini gimbals work on this too? I mean hall gimbals work on the same principle so for folks that don't like the screen size of the zorro but want the advantage of the gimbals it'd be cool if they could be used on other radios.
as you said, there's no reason it should not work, I have a set of hall gimball from the TX12 which I want to try and fit on my lite radio 3 because I think they are much better gimballs than the stock ones, If this work it should certainly work also with the AG01G as they are interchangeable, I'll be making a video on this update
Thanks for the kind words and shout-out, Nick! I'd be happy to share editing knowledge anytime. With your testing, I was surprised that you were getting "no telemetry" callouts because I wasn't getting those until I was at the extreme end of range. I did have to update to ELRS 2.4 (prerelease at the time of my video, but I believe publicly released now) to get that performance. However, I noticed when you said that your RSSI was around -104 or so, which is pretty far gone for signal, so you might have just been hitting that limit.
yea, with the wifi and the obstacles of the houses, those are large barriers. It sure doesn't help that I am sitting withing 12ft of our house. No real chance for the signal to reach in that direction. I was on elrs 2+ in order to use with the zorro.
@@NickBurnsFPV do you know if you were on 2.4? For the telemetry issue, I specifically did notice a difference between 2.3 and 2.4. Not sure what they changed, but there was some change for this receiver in that version bump.
Bought some flat antenna RXs when they first came out... Range was stupid short. To their credit Betafpv replaced them free of charge and sent me regular ep2 RXs. Glad to see they mostly fix that it seems, the form factor is nice and flat for sure. Good video as usual👍

Just got done soldering a new receiver onto my NanoBaby after I broke the ceramic tower antenna off. The funny thing is it was getting better range with no antenna than an SPI FrSky receiver.

oh why didn't they put an external rotatable antenna in the "pro" version. Seems like i'll have to choose the bulky Zorro just because i'm a newb and don't fell confident about modding and installing it myself.
I’m also going to order it. My recreational days include riding a sportbike through the twisties, and to the field to fly, so I’m trying to get as light and small as possible. Everything in one backpack without back pain.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on this radio after a few weeks of use. I did see Albert Kim's video on the firmware issues. I assume they'll get those resolved.
Nick sorry for the off topic question. I'm seeing a dilemma in the future. I truly enjoy flying smaller whoops style quads or toothpick style 1s quads. I own the DJI goggles as well as their fpv drone and the remote that comes with it. it appears HD zero is more committed to miniaturizing the receiver and camera. With that said most likely a good set of fpv goggles with HDMI in will be the best solution for future growth. considering the HD 0 module that utilizes HDMI in. I don't want to spend $600 on a set of goggles. What would be the best middle of the road set of goggles that have very good clarity that aren't Giant and have HDMI in? or can you point me in the right direction of someone that has already addressed this topic?
If we can stand to wait a bit we should see what the hdzero googles do to the market. Likely the best solution is to pickup a second hand set of goggles like the skyzone 03x or fatshark hdo. We may see a host of second hand googles for sale after the hdzero goggles launch. Hey Nick, I just received my literadio 3 pro yesterday and I have some oddities when I try to charge. As soon as I plug in the usb cable the radio turns on. When I try to turn it off, it immediately turns back on. There is no real indicator if it's charging and after a couple of minutes I get "inactivity alarm" callouts. That can't be right. How did you charge yours? The same issue was described in oscarliang`s written review.
Mine doesn't power on when i plug in usb, it has a momentary green light then goes to red. I believe the red light goes off when the battery is fully charged. I suspect something is wrong, I would contact betafpv support.
I'm in the market for a new controller , this one and the Zorro are so far top contenders, i think i'll wait to see if the zorro will come with those cnc milled gimbals . I just hope they do the same thing as with the tx16s different color choices. Other than that should i buy you a vat of conformal coating and a dipping bucket? or are you ready already ?
You mean if the zorro comes stock with AG-01 mini gimbals. I would like to see some blue chromed out ag-01 minis as well. :) I think the pool will be far less of an issue than most think.
