I wish to change my circadian rhythm. I feel so positive and energetic even at 3 a.m. but in morning/afternoon , i'm working like a sloth/uninterested. That's impacting my team as they all are adapted to regular work hours. Please make a dedicated video for adapting to circadian rhythm without the need of medication
