It's touched me because even though she had some troubles, she had so much going for her. And even though she was 40 she looked young had a young mentality and had everything to look forward to in life
I think alot of those (personal oppion) who have aslo been through or suffering any form of mental health problems, breakdown like its highly suspected poor Caroline was at the time of her death are going to feel the impact quite badly. Its even affected me and wants to make me work harder with other MH advocates to continue to fight to get it through the legal, media and trolls that we will not stop pursuing government and for stronger media intrusion law and mental health support & care.

This poor woman. Its just heartbreaking. A bit surreal. I didnt know her personally, nor follow her on social media, i followed the 'abuse' story though, I think its so disturbing the media twisted everything this way to a point where a woman who everything had it all taken away, and learning after what a sweet woman she was. Was in a bad place in life end of 2014, and things started picking up around the time Strictly started. Seeing Caroline go from middle of the pack to taking over the front-runners at that point of the season by going from strength to strength made me smile, and will forever be in my heart. The lyrics of "no matter where life takes me, I know life won't break me" gave me the confidence to keep pushing on and my life is 100% better since then, as it taught me even through my lowest I kept on going. Just breaks my heart knowing all she went through these past few months, and that all that she could have been gone wiped out. I pray that she finds rest and peace, and truly knows that we love her regardless. Rest in Peace, Caroline.

I was so glad when she won Strictly. This is tragic. Only once she had given up hope, was the love and acknowledgement really shown by the public. Such a shame we couldn't have let her know earlier.
This will go down in Strictly history as the best Showdance Strictly Come Dancing has ever seen. What I noticed watching her package throughout Strictly is that she played it very risk. She stayed pretty stagnant for the first few weeks and stayed under the radar. Then when she did her Jive and Charleston she left it all on the floor. She shocked everyone. And when the original frontrunners Pixie and Jake were booted out of the competition she pulled the rug out from everyone by doing this AMAZING Showdance. This is how you win the Glitterball. After a year still the best Showdance in the U.S. and Britain.
A happier time for Caroline. I remember watching this live and I couldn't have possibly imagined then how heart breakingly soon her life would end. Watching this back now will always be tragic.
I've just read her book 'Storm in a C Cup', finished it today. Watching this after knowing exactly what she was feeling while doing this dance makes it all the more heartbreaking. I am sobbing here. Hi there I bought Caroline’s book 2 months ago too sorry I’m just watching this again as I’m thinking about her randomly she experienced more things in her life than anyone would in a lifetime the trolling and bullying she went through was horrific I feel Caroline suffered from a serious undiagnosed mental illness she was lovely kind and had a heart off gold but she hid her pain too well some parts off her book were a really hard read I hope when strictly comes back on they do a montage off her dances as a tribute to her ❤️

I don’t usually care about celebrity deaths but hers has really got to me. She always felt somewhat emotionally immature, fragile and like she needed someone there as a backstop- she was immensely talented in everything she did but also seemed to crash from one poorly thought out decision to the next. Very vulnerable individual who clearly needed extra help and guidance but never got it; poor poor woman, she’s been on my mind since it happened. Heart breaking to think how sad she must’ve felt.

I was so glad when she won Strictly. This is tragic. Only once she had given up hope, was the love and acknowledgement really shown by the public. Such a shame we couldn't have let her know earlier.

Tragically, that is a sentiment that happens all to often these days and not just for celebrities.
This will go down in Strictly history as the best Showdance Strictly Come Dancing has ever seen. What I noticed watching her package throughout Strictly is that she played it very risk. She stayed pretty stagnant for the first few weeks and stayed under the radar. Then when she did her Jive and Charleston she left it all on the floor. She shocked everyone. And when the original frontrunners Pixie and Jake were booted out of the competition she pulled the rug out from everyone by doing this AMAZING Showdance. This is how you win the Glitterball. After a year still the best Showdance in the U.S. and Britain.
She will forever be one of the best. I'm sorry that you couldn't find a way out Caroline, I hope you're in a happier place now. Rest in peace❤
Pasha is one of the best male dancers/teacher.....he's a genius. So please Caroline won.

A happier time for Caroline. I remember watching this live and I couldn't have possibly imagined then how heart breakingly soon her life would end. Watching this back now will always be tragic.
I've just read her book 'Storm in a C Cup', finished it today. Watching this after knowing exactly what she was feeling while doing this dance makes it all the more heartbreaking. I am sobbing here. My heart is breaking for her. If you haven't read her book then please, if you get the chance, buy it, read it, it's a fantastic read from start to finish. She was an amazing girl. RIP Missy Flack x
Hi there I bought Caroline’s book 2 months ago too sorry I’m just watching this again as I’m thinking about her randomly she experienced more things in her life than anyone would in a lifetime the trolling and bullying she went through was horrific I feel Caroline suffered from a serious undiagnosed mental illness she was lovely kind and had a heart off gold but she hid her pain too well some parts off her book were a really hard read I hope when strictly comes back on they do a montage off her dances as a tribute to her ❤️
I didn’t realise her death would affect me as much as it has I remember seeing her everywhere on my telly growing up and now she’s gone things won’t be the same

I don’t usually care about celebrity deaths but hers has really got to me. She always felt somewhat emotionally immature, fragile and like she needed someone there as a backstop- she was immensely talented in everything she did but also seemed to crash from one poorly thought out decision to the next. Very vulnerable individual who clearly needed extra help and guidance but never got it; poor poor woman, she’s been on my mind since it happened. Heart breaking to think how sad she must’ve felt.

Heartbreaking the way any person feels this is the only way out. I feel so sorry for her family and friends. Hopefully the media accepts that damaging a person's reputation over a private matter can lead to this. Just because you live in the public eye doesn't mean your not entitled to a private life.

I didn't get to watch Caroline during her original run in the competition, but I knew of her inclusion (I'm in America). This dance was pure artistry, and now it's an eternal monument to her spirit. When it's the one's who always carry on with a smile despite hurting inside who go it's chilling. Always remember to reach out to those who might be struggling. I still stick by what I said, if she was just stupid and crazy, or mentally unhinged I hope she's resting easy and everyone who was apart of this can move on. I didn't really know who she was until her passing, she was phenomenal. She didn't deserve that ending. Nobody does.

It destroys the soul.
If anyone you know has more than a few bad days.
Don't let them suffer in silence.
Hug them..reach out to them and more importantly love them..
Because in that moment in time, they are far from love.
Keep strong if you feel that way.
Death is forever and the pain you are feeling will pass in time .
It may take months or even years but then you have so many years ahead of you.
