Great video mate, thanks for posting. I may need a new front wing on my t4 and was wondering how easy it is to remove the bumper to get to the lower fittings. Now I know. Cheers.
I imagine it would be tricky as the bolt holes won’t be there. My mate needs new wings on his van and it’s an early one with the welded on wings so I’ll have a look when he cuts them off.
Hi, the Rhino roof rack is bolted through the rain cutter. I don’t particularly like bolting it here as it impedes the flow of water however I did for two reasons. To keep the rack as low as possible and the other reason is that the metal is triple thickness in places in the gutter as it’s where panels meet and the roof cross members finish.

Cheers. The wings are held on with about 7 or 8 bolts so you can drop them off in a few minutes. 👍
That's great to know. Thanks again.
@@primalvanlife5581 Some of the T4's (Short nose) the wings are welded on. Wondering how easy it is to cut them off and refit with a bolted one.

Which tyres and Size do you have on the crew Cap. They look amazing
Mr. Hauskatze they are BF Goodrich Mud Terrains 225 / 75 16”
Need the Syncro the hole in the bumper for cooling the gearbox or a Syncro part? I got an Syncro to from 2002 with same bumper but with no hole
Rudi #23 you should have the hole for extra cooling, lines up with a hole in the belly pan. Hopefully the part is still available.
Hello,
Could you please tell me how is you roof rack mounted? I do have the same, but i don't remember how it was mounted. Thank you

Where did you get that rack from …on the blue van
It’s a rhino roof rack off a T5, they’d spelt rhino wrong on the eBay advert and I won it for £10.50 😀
