The apartment itself looked so nice and modern, and the amenities too! It is a shame about crime… but like you said it would be hard to find a no crime area anywhere really :/
I've been waiting for this review!! Fun fact: I lived next door back in 2014 at The Michael B, back then it was known as Spectrum. There was nothing around them and the land between there and the Walmart plaza was mostly rock. I moved out at the end of my lease because I went to look at the townhome style vs. my 1 bedroom and while walking with the leasing agent a man that was high on something started attacking her in the courtyard near the pool! I held him down while we waited for the police, the whole time the guys girlfriend was yelling at me to get off of him and that he didn't mean it. Thankfully he was charged and they were evicted. I decided it was time to move after that! Didn't even finish the tour! I do believe the crime is because of the walmart plaza which is in the same zipcode. I loved being so close to the 215, made getting around so much easier. Love your reviews!
Hi, I was just curious if the crime map was for the last month? I toured these apartments and was considering moving there and the crime map for December did not have numbers that high for the 89148 zip code! I’ve been reading a lot of concerning reviews in that area about crime, however. Thank you for including the crime statistics in your videos 🙏🏻
@@Kristenmarie04 So with the crime map they update every 2 weeks, the apartments are one of my favorite places. We never had any issues, only with the neighbors unfortunately like being loud, smoking and driving crazy in the complex. But overall it’s a great location super close to everything. But remember the crime map covers a big portion of that zip code so it’s not necessarily near the apartment. ☺️
@ Thank you ! I’m still learning how to navigate the crime maps on lvmpd’s site, but I’m really glad I started looking into it ever since I saw you start posting about it in your videos. I like the area overall, and I knew someone who lived at Pace who also didn’t have too many issues! I think I’ll still keep it in my list for now 🙏🏻

I personally like the way they look and it’s gated just incase you wanted a little bit more safety. Right! Yeh was pretty happy to leave, but overall living there I didn’t feel the crime which is why it’s so odd that it’s higher now
