no she didnt waste her time, she probably didnt want to be her friend anymore because she got older. they have been friends for 2 years after all, so it did last for a while. some "friendships" only last for a very short period of time and im talking friendships that last for only a day.

Im so sorry! Ive gone through lots of internet best friends before. Not really us breaking up as friends, we just stopped talking for a while. Sometimes I try and get back to them it doesnt work out. @KingAfnaan - fly high techno you don’t really need to know her side to know that she wasted somebody’s time, lied to them and tricked them into flying out to meet them when they never wanted to meet in the first place. this is like going on a catfish episode and saying “we dont know the catfish’s side” it doesn’t matter because nothing excuses lying, playing with somebody’s emotions and wasting their time and money.
Exactly, they literally said “I told my mom we could meet,” had a countdown, the girl most likely flew to see her ibf, based on the way she said things in the texts, and then all of a sudden her ibf says ,”sorry I lied,” and leaves her stranded, so she lied and was deceitful towards her.
