I have the Pixel 8 Pro. Great phone though easy to lose signal in some places on T-Mobile. Love the screen brightness. I am skipping 9. Looks more cosmetic changes than what really counts. Needs better low light recording in video. Too much grain. I will skip until they put bigger sensor in wide frame camera.
Video has always been a bit lacking on the top end Androids compared to Apples best. The video boost feature works really well on my 8 Pro, but having to offload the rendering to the cloud and waiting just means I hardly ever use it.

I don't understand what you guys want the Tensor to do? Run Call of Duty, Pabjee and Genshin Impact at ULTRA 120 FPS? It's not a fucking gaming phone. Get something else for it.
And for other tasks, the chip does more than required. The chip was actually designed for the AI stuff, thus, the name "Tensor"
Many of you people have not even personally used the Pixel before complaining about the chip. Majority of you guys do so cause internet tells you it's a modified Exynos. Remember the chip is entirely designed by Google, Samsung just manufactures. Google's priority is not ultra graphics and those shits, the chip uses 4nm node which is perfectly fine for everything else.
I think the camera bump is less attractive, I will miss Pixel 8's design language
