The original Goodson’s was right down the street from Mel’s. It was run by “Ma” Goodson. A friend that I went to high school with bought the name and her recipes and built the new one on 249 there in Tomball. The original Goodson’s was by far the best.
I would basically make a hambuger salad out of that.
I love Mel’s!! The food is delicious 😋 I am from California and I love Texas food 🥘
Growing up we went to Mels every Friday night for catfish, it’s amazing, still love that place.
They recently experienced a fire and are having to rebuild from the ground up, you'll need to come back when they reopen!
I pass by it weekly and they still are not complete with it.
Tall burgers make me angry. Defeats the whole point of making a burger in the first place.
This would need more buns IMO.
Great food. Their specials are fantastic.
This is what shaggy and scooby eat regularly
I tried this when I was 14. I got about halfway through
I miss their breakfast...
