Drop -120 m, Lift +310 m.
40 Conveyor Drives 1750 kW and 2000 kW.
Total Weight 10.000 tons.
Total installed power 72 MW.
105 km Cables. 1000 Field Devices. 9000 PLC Inputs and Outputs.
Milestones:
Sahakol-FLSmidth Contract Signing: 18 November 2016
Start of Operation: 1 March 2018
Restart of Operation: 21 June 018 after landslide.
Hand Over Ceremony: 2 August 2018

Thank you for your video, but just to clarify, and we ask you to please be more specific of this in your overview, the high-capacity (27,600 t/h) spreader at the end of the conveyor line (shown in the video from 08:02 to 08:25) was not part of the FLSmidth scope and was part of TAKRAF’s contract scope directly with the client.

Becarefull it's easy to make big belt conveyor but difficult to maintain and protect it
Agree, I work cleaning these machines. They're a mess and need to stop every few hours for cleaning to avoid belt ruptures or chute obstruction.

How much cost per km
Helmut would know better but usually Capex ~5-8M$/km, pays off rather quickly when imaging the alternative with trucks going forth and back

@@saveindia5149 Price to buy is 5 to 8 Million US Dollars per km.
Operational costs depend on terrain but is much cheaper than transport with trucks.
