25:30 Hm, im really unsure about that one. Currently this would obviously be false as the last thing which happened was the tribute summon (not shining being send to gy).
But im unsure if this was ruled differently back then.

@@tcgrewind Misses timing if it was like a caius but, it's fine if the tribute doesn't activate an effect on summon.

@@tcgrewind It definitely misses timing. The last thing to happen was the summon of cyber dragon, whether an effect is activated or not is irrelevant
