Elliot was convinced a lot sooner than Joe, but towards the end the evidence started to rack up and point to there being loads of demons in there.. ok not demons but maybe 100 terrifying poltergeists! Or just the spirit of the previous owner, that'll do.

That’s why I watch you guys because it is a Ghost Theory; things do happen separately and alone that don’t mean much. But put them together as a string of events and it tells a story. I truly think it’s both of you together -your strange energy-they respond becuz they know you DO want the history of their lives and they work HARD to tell only you.
I love watching ur videos. But I still find it really sad that family members just leave all there loved one's belongings and houses abandoned 😢 💔 🏴
Well you can partly blame the insane inheritance laws in the UK, when the tax office asses the value of the home and gives you a bill for 40,000 pounds this can make a lot of families just walk away and disown the property.
OH and it also presumptuous that there was any surviving family or family that is contactable.
But it is indeed very sad to see someone's life and their dwelling to left to rot, well maybe there is a lesson there somewhere about the transient nature of all existence and how our ego's cant except that your only a few steps away from being completely forgotten and your existence erased from this world.
On that cheerful note I think I need a large scotch and a nice afternoon nap LOL.
Sometimes unresolved disputes over inheritances result in properties being abandoned.

Epic, once again!! I'm going to start sharing your channel with everyone on social media because there's no other content quite like it! You guys have changed my world for the better and I want to spread the joy! I believe I heard a few EVP's throughout this investigation. While you were both listening back to the 1st tape recording, it sounds like someone talking, very faintly. Can't tell if it was coming from the recorder or in the room? Joe, when the tin box scared you as you were about to enter the bedroom, on camera you can clearly see that the lid was closed before the noise. Which means something had to open it and then slam it shut! Yikes...... Did you guys do a thorough search for any other bells in and around the house? Maybe in the sun room or just outside the perimeter of the building? The bell sounded too high pitched to be the one outside the front door and there's no way it was the cat ball you found. Thanks for another killer investigation!!!

This was a really great episode. The handwritten little sign on the tin box is just too weird. I'm also very confused as to why someone wouldn't have sold that lovely little home.
When these different experiences happen when you both have explored houses and buildings, in my many years of experience with the paranormal, the spirits Are drawn to you because of the reasons you are there in the first place. Some of the spirits want their stories to be told, and know that you are the type of people that want to do that, and to also understand and have the ability to want to communicate with them while having compassion and respect while you are doing these paranormal investigations. 😊❤

I'm not big on commenting but have done some handbell ringing in the dim and distant past so it struck harder than usual.

Ok so this place is definitely one you need to spend a night in. It's in great shape for a sleepover guys and see if anything more happens! I believe a ghost sets the rempod off, it wasn't doing anything till you asked them to touch it when in the bedroom! You might find the bells finally too!! ❤️👻🇨🇦

There is a cottage in mayfield, near Ashbourne, derbyshire that made the national news due to it being haunted....not sure if the old owners managed to see it after it made the national press but it may be worth you guys having a look into it

That tin open and shut on its own! It was not open. I rewind the video like 3 times. When you walked in , it was closed. But you can hear it very loud open and slam shut. That's crazy

I had a mini tv years ago it was great for when the power went out and going on camping trips to watch football and stuff lol. U could hook it up to a battery, it was portable so my fam took it every where we went like on vacations and stuff lol.
That was great fun and spooky.
The rem pod didn't sound first because they said to make it make sound if they wanted them to leave.
It was only when they changed the "rules" of the interaction with the rem pod that it went off.
I don't think the bell sound has anything with their request of making sound with the rem pod
We had a radio TV like that in the 80's. My mom won it from a game show she was on. They're battery operated and have a plug, so they're portable. They're generally handy for taking on trips or using in the garage. I used it as an alarm clock in Jr. High. I woke up to Gumby every morning. My mom also used it in the kitchen to watch the news while she was cooking. Now the family uses our cell phones to watch videos or listen to podcasts while we cook. But I suppose if someone older was living in that house, and it was abandoned because they died, it would make sense that they still used older technology like that.

Counting on these guys to keep it real - unlike all the frauds out of Florida. GT has been pretty much the most entertaining paranormal/urbex channel so far over the 13 years I've been into this shtuff.
Ghost Theory, PQ and Paranormal Nightmare are really the only 3 I fully believe now a days. Haunted side left which really sucks cause they were in that group as well.

I'm really sorry about you losing your Dad. Losing a parent is very heartbreaking. I lost my Mom 13 years ago and I don't think I'll ever feel the same. I try to take solace in knowing that my Mother is no longer suffering. I still feel her presence around me, which gives me comfort but I will always miss her in the physical world. Even though it sounds cliche, it does get easier with time..... I wish you and your family all the best in this difficult time ❤️🩹

Watching your loved one suffer like that is just soul destroying. At 25:06 you can actually see the light change at bench drawer level, immediately next to the right hand side of the door frame, right after Elliot says "OK" and as the bang happens. Maybe as light came in when the door panel dropped. Would that mean the inner door was open first rather than being blown open?
