- This house is by far one of the best if not the best abandoned house we have ever come across. The boarded up windows, over grown driveway and the rotting car caught our attention. We walked around the back and came across a broken door which gave us our entry. From an incredible ghostly voice to the sound of things being thrown, do you think this place is really haunted? Or can it be explained...

What am incredible home! This home owner must have passed quite recently. Her home isn’t covered in cobwebs or mold, the electricity still on… I pray she’s resting in peace if she’s left this realm & moved onto the next. I bet she was a fascinating woman 😊

This one shattered my heart, I cried & cried. What happened here!? Where is this family?! This is a stunning house. This is just so sad. All their worldly possessions just left behind. It's always sad to see someone's whole life just sit there and rot knowing none of it meant anything to anyone else. You'd think the family or friends would at least donate her items to people who could use them. I certainly wouldn't mind having some of her things and actually putting them to use. It's just sad to see someone's whole life left behind with nobody who cares and knowing the person who's stuff it was probably loved a lot of these things. I wish I could know the stories being some of her things. Like where did she get them, what did she like about them, ec... I just hope she's happy in the afterlife.
Maybe she had no family, my home will probably be like this when my time comes ☹️

So crazy to see all these abandoned houses in the UK, not just this channel, but other channels... here in Canada those properties would all be full of squatters. Hard to believe they are empty! Great video!!!

OMG!! What an unbelievable house!! Who would have thought that was hiding away in the trees there. It looks brand new, in the sense it's clean and no dust or spider webs. The amazing art everywhere. What a beautiful place. I would love to live there too. I wonder who took the jewellery, I saw his wallet opened up on the bed too. But you'd think thieves would have taken the silver jewellery boxes etc too. But this place is just wow. Incredible. Thanks so much for showing us these fantastic places. 🏡🌲💚

Saw that, or a car passing and light reflection ,but the drone footage looks very overgrown

When I heard the man talking, I could almost make out what he was saying, it was so clear! It totally gave me the creeps! The noise that happened at the top of the stairs sounded exactly like a bottlecap being tossed across a tile floor. To me it seemed to be coming from downstairs. That was not a rat... Spooky but awesome house!! Well done 🎉

I really listen closely to the sound from the man who mumbling, its sounds like he`s saying "who`s says there is life after dead." right before joe point the camera down the stare cage. 😳
I want to say how much I appreciate your professionalism. I watch a lot of paranormal teams. I find the study of the paranormal fascinating. You guys, in my personal opinion, are the best team investigating today. You keep your calm and stay quiet. That alone separates this team from many, many others. Thank you so much for your calm and cool under these conditions.

The home is almost like something from a storybook. Perhaps a Hansel & Gretel? I can't imagine finding a home as lovely and stocked with belongings just abandoned, here in America. Perhaps the sounds may not have been paranormal, but I could definitely hear the male voice speaking faintly. Not sure how one can explain that.

It does give a storybook, fairy tale kinda vibe. You can see where sections of the house were added on over periods of time. Just exquisite . A sweet old married couple, definitely an artist's home. I agree with Elliot, I'd buy it straight away. Sweet spirits are a bonus.❤😊

The mans voice was definitely there, so yes, I'd say it was haunted. What an amazing house and though rooms are cluttered it seemed remarkably clean. Do you think the owner had vacated the house recently? I think it would be good to go back if you can.

That house is beautiful and the layout too. The outside of the house is deff creepy tho but still pretty in it’s own way. You would of never thought that house would be in all those trees. I bet it was so peaceful and quiet all the time except for animals.

When you moved and said that wasn't the floor that was my immediate reaction to hearing the noises!! It sounded like the floor AND something being THROWN OR TOSSED!!
What a fantastic house. I know that sometimes when someone dies, their things are laid out for relatives to choose items. At my great aunts house , family had gone around putting stickers with their name on on items they wanted to claim. And she hadn't even died yet !
Where there's a will there's a relative !
It's a shame she didn't find out and give it all to charity. Lol.
After my mom passed at her home, we kept the house for over a year and a half just to be able to sort her things. She was very tidy and organized but the house had been in our family for over 170 yrs so there was a lot of stuff.

At 19:33 in the stairwell, on the wall a reflection of the downstairs windows slides into view. Was that from car headlights? The camera switches over to a view of looking up at Joe, then briefly back to the stairwell where the window reflection is still present, then back to Joe. You never mentioned hearing a car, which you would have mentioned immediately. The next time the camera goes to the stairwell the window reflection is gone.
Because neither of you guys are constantly jabbering like many investigators it does give these videos ( even ones where not a lot happens ) a sense of menace, good production guys and I love Joe in the rain " this is shit " priceless ha ha

Brilliant, the male voice was very strange, I’m the person that messaged you recently about the school in Manchester. Your videos are fantastic, I love the way you try to debunk any activity first. I grew up in my parents house which had a ghost, crazy stuff used to happen but I think it followed my sister when she moved and now it constantly scares her husband, things like his keys go missing and almost every time he finds them in the fridge. He caught some great orbs flying around on a camera he put in the living room. Great work.

That home and the property was just soooooo beautiful. I agree with you Elliot, I would buy that home in a heartbeat. The man talking could have been residual. I truly believe that home is active and a revisit should be made for sure. Im vibing with the feeling of a sweet old married couple. Im thinking do a spirit box session and use a digital recorder. I've seen most if not all of your videos, never before felt such a feeling of deep melancholy seeping through the screen. In fact it's a lovely house and many of your other finds have been sadder and much more 'unloved'. I agree- I'd move into this one and hope to have a friendly relationship with whoever is haunting. They might enjoy seeing it being returned to its best. Yes, heard a male voice, just couldn't make out what was being said. This is one that will stay in the memory for a long time. Might even say it will haunt me...

The sweatshirt with the quick changes in lighting was perfect for that house. 🙃 Thought for a hot minute the house had someone odd that just might live behind the walls. "The Boy" is the movie i'm going to blame for planting that idea to go along with man mumblings, rat scratches and haunted watering cans. That darn white face on the kitchen wall iced the cake. Had to chill and then rewatch to figure out no man size haunted doll was running about behind the walls.
