- We went up to North Wales for a few days filming with the help of @DeadCityParanormal He gave a few locations he thought we would like. On our final night we asked if he had any mansion houses as we fancied something a bit bigger and creepier. He sent us over this location that he had been to a few months before. Once we were in the building... well it turned out people were there... or was there? That seems to be the motto of Ghost Theory at this point but it's important to find out. Except this time we came across something we've never come across before. Elliot also found a micro pig in this shoe yesterday and now he keeps riding it around the local park.

I think you should have more uncut videos. You have us one of the best videos yet that left us in suspense. This reminds me of how myself and a friend 30+ yrs ago, use to ghost hunt. The only difference was you carried cameras as well as Rudolf Joe's red light😅. Even though there were no ghosts, it was as good as a suspense horror film from the 40s w/o the horror😂. Great vibes and I'm so glad you 2 decided to leave. Bad time of the year to be sleeping in an abandoned home with winter upon us. An I believe you 2 left the candle lit. As it wasn't yours to blow out, but if you blew it out, that would have been what I'd done, just so nothing caught fire. Note to date, that house is occupied, do not enter again until spring 2024😊. As my mother always told me, if you enter a place that's not yours and is abandoned, walk softly and carry a big stick 😂 x

@OurEm56 is the fearless leader who takes no credit but is always there. There are others and I will learn everyone’s name. I’m terrible with computers but smart enough to hire people much smarter than myself. It’s pitiful. I learned today creators only receive a portion of a gift if you go through RUclips so I’ll have someone setup PayPal today. I have Venmo, cash app and a few others but I’m not a details guy. I have a feeling OurEm is very detailed and that’s great for this channel. A leader along with genuine guys who are hilarious and great at what they do. I love and pull for a team of people dedicated to what they do and to their desired goal. I also believe in pulling people up and take joy in their success. Some people are happy for you until they pass you which is a sad state of affairs I’m seeing more of in The United States but I’m extremely hopeful that we’re seeing the tide change. Watching this channel grow from a grassroots level is exciting and what it’s all about. I’ve watched and lobbied Caspersight but Ghost Theory and people like Em make up an awesome community that’s great to be around. So in honor of my friends across the pond I say….CHEERS! I only speak American and unfortunately, Latin.(4 years to help in my quest to be a doctor!) I’m instead an investor using Rosetta Stone to learn this language called English. I think whoever is staying there was probably more scared than you, the homeless are very vulnerable to attack, and I’m sure they’re very grateful for the food, it was still brilliant.
Alot of homelessness now and it is growing.
I think you both made a good decision. I think I would have blown the candles out due to safety reasons. On the other hand I might have made a different decision had I been there. This video was a very intense. I'm glad you had left a sandwich there for them if someone had been there. If not then the spirits could enjoy it. LOL. ALWAYS ALWAYS your safety is first. And not all homeless people are violent alcoholics or drug addicts either. People label all homeless people as such just because of the word homeless. I dealt with that pre judgement when I was homeless and I can't stand drugs or alcohol! I don't have a mental health issue either. Just at the time my boyfriend was getting very little for disability because of child support and I was fighting for my disability since my dr said I was no longer able to work.

The way you guys enter a building is anything but subtle or stealthy and that's probably a good thing. Less chance of bumping into someone who doesn't hear you coming.
I would love to see a compilation video of your faces when you've yelled hello and someone answered you, or you're tracking footsteps and noises that turned out to be other explorers tracking your footsteps and noises. The jump scares alone would be epic.
Definitely a homeless person staying there, he moved pretty quickly to elude you. Strange just candles lit, and he must of escaped pretty fast in the pitch black.

Leave the building. You are being watched to see if you leave so Id leave them lit.
Honestly guys, there is every bit of evidence there is at least someone living there. Candles lit, sleeping bag on the mattress, cigarette smell with cigarettes ALSO on the mattress... this isnt paranormal. We had a possible sighting followed up with a tazer sounding! I peed a little! We now carry $10 gift cards to a chain coffee shop here in Canada.
Homeless are less likely to respond as here, they are the most vulnerable population. They are defensive to the point of danger. In winter, just a thought, maybe carry sweaters, hats, gloves, blankets, something in case its needed. Food is likely ALWAYS appreciated.

That building looked so large that it seems impossible for you to be able to clear it completely without people just running in circles around you. Assuming they were familiar with the property also puts you at a significant disadvantage, and I am super impressed that you went upstairs at all! You were both clearly not happy about being there, and yet you finished the walk-through as thoroughly as possible. Amazing video!

Id have blown out the candles too, its an open flame and even s little mouse could knock them off the ledge snd catch something on fire. Its scary enough not knowing what or who you encounter and what mindset they are in. Leaving a sandwich was very thoughtful. Im sure the person appreciated that kind gesture and was grateful. It's not like that. The people that stay in places like that are there because they want to. Not everyone wants to live the Hollywood life style. There's a thousand ways to live, from in abandoned buildings to castles with room service. I've been lucky enough to have tried a few different ways. Life is like a box of chocolates.....

Holy mother of god! I haven't been that scared watching an episode since that episode from over a year or 2 ago, when you guys went in a house and heard those chains banging upstairs. I think you guys were also that scared, yas didnt even bother going up there to check, I think you guys actually were like nah I'm out, see ya!!! I totally understand why you guys were so scared in this episode. Even I felt like I needed to keep looking over my shoulder 😂 There's a movie called REC and the real skinny old lady upstairs in the pitch black room is all I kept thinking about, that was the vibes I got from this. Sh** that was a scary episode. Next time, I wouldn't worry about what the viewers thinks, if you feel unsafe and that scared, then get the heck out of there. I would!!!! I mean, we just found candles and heard someone running up the stairs, but we’ve only found other urban explorers.
well, we can testify that they've ran into MANY pigeons! But people? I can only think of 1 other time they ran into a group of kids. Other than that, hmmmmmmm. Good question
Some guesses...you came across:
1) One or more squatters and/or someone, or more than one person, who was/were hiding.
2) The actual owner of the property.
3) A dead person, who was (and presumably still is) an actually dead person.
4) A chainsaw-wielding maniac.
5) The most massive clock that you have ever seen.
All are plausible we these two!
Every episode I watch, I'm always very tense throughout. But never from ghosts! lol A lit cigarette makes a very dstinct, sharp odor. I assume *_that's_* what you smelled, and not just the residue of smoking? Isn't there some evidence or suggestion of odors being residual, paranormally speaking? But it's very hard to imagine ghosts *_lighting candles!_* Fun show, guys-- for me, anyway!

I forgot to mention one thing in my original comment. I have to hand it to you two. It was obvious how scared you were but you both bared down and worked through the fear. That’s called courage. It’s the textbook definition. It had to be very difficult to initially go upstairs but you found the strength and I just wanted to acknowledge that. Much respect.

in the beginning, it looks the two people were standing in a window or a balcony or something. their silhouettes were on the top right corner of the TV screen. it was before yall entered the house. the fear the those people or persons person was feeling is fierce. Most or less what happened when another went in . There thought there was some in there but could not find any one. And a lot of the parnormal happened up stairs the the door on the right near to of the steps should closed . Next time if you need back up I come and I will stay. I want to find parnormal. I believe you blew out the candles because they were no longer lit when you went in for the last time. That’s what I would’ve done for fear of the place burning down and you being the last ones there. If they have candles and smokes, they have a way to relight them.

Greetings from the USA, Joe & Elliot! Just recently discovered your channel after binge watching other abandoned exploration videos and have finally made my way onto this video. Wow, those candles and cigarette odor really sum up the terror you two experienced in that house!
However, I must say that I was really caught off guard with the censor bleeps as the videos I've watched so far haven't had any (even with my headphone volume low, I admittedly jumped at the first bleep) and it was a bit difficult to watch thereafter. I know RUclips has been cracking down on excessive profanity, but there's nothing in their rule book that says that you NEED to have a loud beep to cover profanity.
With all due respect, if I can make a request: if you have to cut down on some cursing in future videos, would it be possible to simply mute the audio or use a substitute sound effect (such as 'TV static' for instance)? It's a slight cosmetic change, but it's one that I'm sure plenty of your viewers will certainly appreciate. Your episodes always leave us at the edge of our seats, the last thing we need is to get startled by an unnecessarily loud bleep out of nowhere 😱 Nevertheless, keep up the great work and stay safe while exploring!

Under the circumstances there wasn’t much more that you guys could have done. As far as the candles were concerned I think I would have blown them out just in case because you wouldn’t want to leave them lit and whoever originally lit them were too scared to come back and then something would have happened with the candles and it started a fire. Besides I know you guys smelled cigarette smoke and I think there was cigarette packs left on the bed so it’s not like they wouldn’t have any way to light the candles back up because they obviously had a way to do it. Anyway, interesting video I wish of course there could have been an investigation but under the circumstances it was just the way it was supposed to be. I had no thought that you were being irrationally fearful. I would never be able to walk through an abandoned, supposedly haunted building for or with anyone.
There are so many reasons why someone refrains from answering. One of them being fear. It's like an animal, they attack because they're scared, or hide away. Also, this person could have a disability, could be deaf, mute, a combo, or simply just letting the strangers be there until they decided to leave. After all, this house belongs to someone who, most definitely, isn't the one squatting there.
I'm sure there's someone living there, that's out of the question. Ghosts don't light candles or smoke 😂. But I'm glad nothing happened. It was a nice detail to leave the sandwich, maybe the person (or persons) needed it.
Ghosts are supernatural and scary, but the living are far more frightening.
