Hi Ryan, I’m Sara and I’m a nurse who also lives out of a van. I’m writing this to tell you that one of my patients, a special needs 8 year old absolutely LOVES watching your channel. It’s so cute how he laughs and comments through each video. Just thought you’d like to know. Keep spreading fun 💛
Hey Ryan. Love your videos man.. I follow a lot of vanlifers and have to say that I enjoy your videos most.. You've inspired me to start seriously looking into getting into vanlife and even cooking! Which I find really surprising as I never really had much interest.. but you really turn it into a fun thing with the area specific meals and such.. Any chance you have a saved route that you travelled for this trip? I'm terrible at coming up with places to go and things to do, but it seems like you've had a blast so far.. So I can only imagine it was awesome the entire way.. I have family down in Florida which I plan to visit once I finish my van.. Thinking of going on this trek and following in your footsteps if you had a saved route or destinations guide. I'm still working my way through your videos on this trip, so you may mention it later in the series, but figured it couldn't hurt to go ahead and ask at this point. Keep up the good work man. I look forward to seeing more content!
I’ll never get over how perfect this van build is. It’s a so modern and lofty. The darker wall choices. The ceiling lights. The contrast wood. Van build goals!
You inspired me to take steps, that i was afraid to do, my doubts and fears have fail me last few years but i’ll give it my best years and next on being successful.
I worked in the oilfield for over a decade drilling gas wells in Texas not far from the where you were in Big Bend. So when nature called you just looked for the nearest rock, bush, or twig. And some times you fertilized a farmer's crop. LOL, you took me down memory lane ! See you on the next one and Stay safe !
Ryan, I like the way you talk fast and I like the way you edit your video. You keep things moving along and I never get bored. I am an older person that would like to take a trip and do what you do. All I have to do is watch your videos and it's just like I've done it. Keep up the good work and I'll be a fan.
I love the build quality of your van, including the interior design with your own corner with a desk and wide-screen monitor. It looks perfect for van life
Love you van. Love all you camp sites. Love the sunsets. Love that you cook something new every video. Amazing how easy it seems for you to travel alone. Bright side is that you do what you want and do not need anyone’s approval. Very special.
Yummy breakfast. Tip: Nuke the potatoes until they are almost done, THEN dice and fry - they get done faster and are fluffy inside. Doesn't look like there are too many places to hide behind a bush if you need to! LOL! Thanks for taking us along!!
I can honestly say your channel - interesting content, spot on narration, and genuine personality - is the BEST on RUclips. We love you bud. I mean that truly! Being a former nomad myself, I now feel inspired to do it again sooner than later. Stay safe out there Ryan, we’re all enjoying the journey with you!
Your life is many people's dreams. This is why you should never take any situation for granted. A suggested scenery I would recommend is Crater Lake National Park in South-Western Oregon. Thank you for keeping on inspiring this wonderful fanbase.
We also appreciate you Ryan. You are a young man with his shit together. As an independent old guy, I really appreciate your wanderlust and allowing me to wander, vicariously, through you. Keep up the adventure and keep these vids coming. All the best to you and stay safe out there man. Love Sedona, was there for a week two years ago and it was just not enough time. Check out the Jeep rides to the vortex’s and see what effect they have on a bobbing piece of jewelry. Very cool places they are. Also check out the trees how they grow twisted by the magnetic pull in and around the vortex areas. Rob
Ryan I told you I was "all in" on this grand and certainly epic road trip. My first view and the day I subscribed was in Key West. Today I find you in my backyard of Scottsdale. I have traversed those very trails and am thrilled you enjoyed your visit!!! at 22:22 is an amazing video of FOUR PEAKS with snow none the less! what a shot! LETS GO!!!
I know this is an old video and you probably wont see it, but that doesn't matter. I love following you on your trip to Alaska. Love to watch you cook, you make it seem so easy and it always looks so delicious 😋. I fully understand that it can be a bit lonely, but as you said, you are seldom really alone as you share your trip with a lot of people. It's not the same as having a real person beside you, but it gives you feedback in some way. We are with you when you let us Ryan. I even think of you when I'm not watching one of your videos. So enjoy your videos, so keep up the good work and stay safe 🤗❤✨️
As I continue to catch up on your videos, I really enjoy watching you prepare your different meals and so much so, that I am beginning to try them as well. I have purchased a few of your spices and am anxious to try them out. My appetite has been in the doldrums lately and having tried some of your choices has helped me to enjoy eating again and even cooking more, so I thank you. I have even thought of looking into a van but I have allowed technology to bypass me so making the decision to get a van and fix it up keeps me wondering. whether to make the attempt to try it out. We'll see how it pans out over time! Hope you are enjoying your journey North!
That's a beautiful part of Arizona and it gets better. This past Thanksgiving, my family and I flew into Phoenix, rented a car and took a rode trip through Arizona. We drove north, caught up with hwy 40, then south from Holbrook. Spent Thanksgiving in Slowlow but we drove through the Painted Desert before heading that way. It's an amazing place to see, wish we had more time to see everything. After Thanksgiving day we drove through the mountains to Seirra Vista, stayed there a a couple days, then spent our two last days in Tucson, and flew home from there. Arizona is so beautiful and we had a blast, I'm hoping to get back one day and explore more of the state.
Those views are exactly why I moved to AZ! And your videos really have me contemplating van life...but I'd need a major life upheaval to make that happen. Still, it's on my radar. I see the benefits and disadvantages, for sure. But with a boost for my cell and a Starlink, I could technically work from anywhere. Keep up the great work (even though I know this vid was done a year ago, ha!).
I love what you said about you feel lime we are there with you, cuz your so good at what you do that we feel just the same that we are right there with you at the same time.
I found this channel last night and have watched so many episodes since then this dude is a blessing greetings from a Jicarilla Apache from Dulce NM love your videos man big fan now I even get a couple episodes in when I'm at work stay blessed and stay safe my guy
I started watching your videos about a week or so ago. Around when you were getting into key west. Great content! I went back and have binged about half your trip from Vegas to east coast. 😂 A tip after watching your Nashville hot video (and remembering somewhere along your current trip you’ve had oil disposal issues from frying being in a van/on the road)… save the bottle the oil came in. When you’re done frying, let it cool down and pour it back into the bottle, cap it, throw it out. No mess, no stink, and won’t get a hole like a baggie. Can’t wait to see where your next stops are! Love riding alongside and seeing our beautiful country! Safe travels!
I really enjoy your videos! If my living situation were drastically different, I would seriously consider doing this. Something about it is so alluring. Please keep it up!
Not sure if you will see this but I used to work at an RV centre, regarding your maxair fan you can actually buy and insert that blocks out the light from the inside but can still use the fan !
Mom of 5 boys grandma of 3 I am getting biggest kick from your channel You are a Jack of all trades Just a natural Whatever you do in life or go from here nothing but success ahead
One thing I love about your channel is that you don’t have to involve a bunch of other people or crazy situations to make your content. Another guy I sometimes watch who I won’t name It just seems like he is always sort of putting on a show. Like he goes places and ends up on boats with people and it’s obvious the people aren’t super comfortable being on video but they go along with it because there was obviously an off camera discussion about it. I hate seeing people in uncomfortable situations. So I appreciate you recognizing that you are the content and it’s a testament to your personality that you can carry on that way. Could really take you a long way man. Drive safe man. Thanks for the content And I’m not saying you never show other people but it’s never like the centerpiece of the video. Honestly your content is strongest when it’s just you cooking or walking around a city It’s a unique ability man. Good for you

Ryan I love all your videos, even when I’m about to eat lunch or dinner I always put a video of you cooking at a bad ass view. Makes me feel like I’m eating with you. Your videos inspire me to live in a van someday and also go on an adventure.
Dude, I am absolutely loving watching this cool, crazy experience you are living. It is so awesome you are able to do this before settling down with kids and a family. Maybe you will be able to do this with a family one day, who knows. I am happy for you, and happy I get to watch and share in your journey. God bless.
