Garmin fenix 6x two-button press

Pressing two buttons simultaneously on my fenix provides shortcuts to some of the watch's functions:
• Up • Menu + Back • Lap: Clocks
• Light + Back • Lap: Phone
• Up • Menu + Start/Stop: Navigate
Here is how to customise them:
1 Hold MENU.
2 Select System → Hot Keys.
3 Select a button or combination of buttons to customise.
4 Select a function.
