As a madrileño I enjoy so much watching you discovering and enjoying the city! Cava baja is one of the coolest streets (for me) to have a great time eating, drinking and enjoying with your couple, friends and relatives.

We had the Rabo de Toro at Casa Lucas at your recommendation when we visited in September! Absolutely delicious! We will always remember the experience!
My wife and I are in Madrid and did this tapas crawl tonight! So good! Only made 5 of the 7 because a couple were closed for Easter. Taberna Tempranillo was really special. Go and order the Pulpo special... Muy Rico!

James and Yoli!! did the tour!!! You were right: we couldn't get into Casa Lucas! That's the only one we didn't try. Taberna Tempranillo was awesome - we (me and my 3 buddies) had a great Ribera Del Duero (well, several bottles) and lots of tapas. Man, did we have great vermut and a superb time. Here in the EEUU they’re called Heirloom Tomatoes and we pay a pretty penny for them compared to standard tomatoes, and ES uses them for everything. Love it! I love Rabo de Toro, that looked like an interesting take on the dish. Salmorejo is the absolute BEST! Great job to the pair of you No Ní Na!!!
