This really helped me and calmed my nerves so much. That I passed all 3 of my interviews and now got hired. What really helped the most is by me praying and fasting. Have faith in Jesus and you’ll get hired. Prayer and fasting is so important guys I can stress it enough.
Every question you stated was asked in my interview this past week besides how would you handle a difficult patient!! ( I got the job too! ) Your advice helped out a lot! ♥️😊🙌🏽 #MA 👩🏽⚕️❤️
Im a Medical Assistant Instructor at a local college and I LOVE this video!! First of all, you are lovely. You are polite, you are encouraging and articulate in your words. I will be showing this video to ALL of my classes going forward. They can relate to you, and you hit ALL of the key points any employer would ask and this will help so many students!! THANK YOU so much!!!
I graduated 2 months ago and I just had an interview a couple of days ago with a hiring manager. I got a call for a 2nd one with the physician next week. I was asked every question you mentioned and watching your video in preparation for my 2nd interview made me feel more calm! Appreciate your video and congratulations on your new job!
Honestly, this is the best interview prep video for MAs that I've watched. And I've watched SEVERAL 😬. Her tone of voice is inviting and she doesn't over do it with the tips. 👏💚
I got an interview tomorrow for a medical receptionist and you don’t realise how much you’ve just settled my nerves by me watching this video! Thank you, got my fingers crossed 🤞
Here's my story: I've been a Pharmacy Technician for about 8 months now, but eventually want to be a PA. In order to do that, I need health experience, so I ventured out to potentially be a Medical Assistant. I applied to a few places, got rejected for a couple, and an interview for another. Now, I don't have a degree in this. I have a Community Health degree. I don't have any experience in vitals, I'm not certified, and probably the least qualified for the position. However, I went in there, was completely honest with them, and... they loved me. This might be kind of strange to say, but I've not had many jobs. When I got my first job at a magic shop, during the "interview," it felt like home. The second interview I had for a job... was horrible. I felt completely out of place. Then, for my interview for being a Pharmacy Technician, I felt at home again. And finally, for my now up and coming job as a Medical Assistant... I felt at home during the interview. I can't believe I got the job, and I'm so thankful that I did. I watched your video right before I went in for the interview. Thank you very much.
Your Spirit is so beautiful... You made me feel comfortable and encouraged as well as informed! Thank you sis!!! Much Love. My interview is on Tuesday but just prepping for the position can be a little overwhelming. Thank you so much for this video{very helpful}.
i have an interview on Monday & i’m super nervous . this was the 3rd interview video i’ve watched & i’m done watching lol . this is the best video , it was short & sweet . boosted my confidence so i will be practicing this whole week & will update ya ! thank you so much .
I recently graduated from MA school but I had no experience other than the externship and most questions they asked me was about the externship. How did I like it, what I liked most about it, what I did, what I know how to do, how would my preceptors describe me, I was afraid they wouldn’t want to give me a chance since I have NO experience in healthcare but I did have experience in customer service and used that to my advantage!! They also asked a lot about dealing with conflict in the workplace and how I would go on about it. Thank you for this video !!! I got the job in ENT !
I watched your video right before going into my first interview after finishing school to be a CCMA. I followed everything you said and focused on your wording and I got the job on the spot. Thank you so much. I start on the 11th of next month
Got a really really really good opportunity as my first interview after completing the program. Watching your video a couple times… now let’s PRAY for me 😭🙌🏽🤍
This helped me so much girl, I just graduated as a medical assistant from Monroe in the Bx && the weakness question ALWAYS gets me 😭 so thank you for that💪🏼🙏🏼
Thank you so much! I’ve lost my job as a medical assistant a year ago and it’s been hard trying to find a job! This video gave me the confidence I needed! Keep doing you girl you are amazing ❤️
oshun queen Unfortunately, they never gave me a reason for firing me! My manager brought me into his office and said that all the doctors had voted that they did not need another medical assistant anymore, after a year of working for them. A few days after I lost my job, my coworkers told me that the female doctor within the office was unaware of what happened.
Thank you very much! I had my interview today, and sure enough all these questions were asked. Hiring manager disclosed he was hiring me, even though he wasn't "supposed to tell me just yet". Again thank you very much for the great content, and helping your fellow CMAs!!!
I have an interview for an MA position since graduating Medical Assistant school in 2019. I have been on several interviews for a position such as front office support(my degree is in HIT) this is the first as an MA. I have been told countless times that I have the knowledge and skills needed however I lack the experience. I watched your video hoping to gain some knowledge on how I can address this, and some encouragement never hurts! Thank you!!!
Jolene Henderson good luck with everything! I’m glad my video helped. Use as much experience as possible that relates to the position that you’re applying for. Even your externship experience is good to use also.
I have an interview today with an organization I really want to work with. I haven't had an interview in years and I'm so nervous. This was very helpful. Thank you!
I didn’t get the first one but I had a second interview at a different office. Afterwards, before I even got settled at home, I got a call for a job offer. Thank you for this video!
Yo u went through the questions with ease, here’s me stressing thanks babe nice n easy n simple u kept it, got interview tomorrow fingers crossed i get the job x
Wonderful, super helpful video Diamond! So encouraging and so many excellent tips I really appreciate it! I am trying to get a medical assisting job after a long time doing senior caregiving. I have an interview this week and it’s been a while since I have interviewed with people and after watching your video a few times I feel as if I will be even better prepared! Thank you again!
Thank you so much! This is simple as I never, ever expected. I think because of you now, I could say that I'm ready to be hired. I love it, and I love you!
Thanks, Diamond! You're absolutely a gem. What a wonderful video you just shared here. Really appreciate all the tips you provided. I'm a nursing graduate and i'm dying to join either medical coding/healthcare virtual assistant. So happy I stumbled in your video. This has been enlightening. More power to you! 🙏🏼✨❤️
I had the same thing with my internship. She only wanted me to work for 2-3 days for 4 hours. I couldn’t take that I had bills to pay so I had to let her go.
This was an amazing video for medical assistants that are not only new to the field but for those that have quit their recent jobs and are looking for a new clinic to work in. Thank you so much for the tips. I'm def feeling more confident about my interview.

Great tips and I know this video is old but I hate the question “How do you prioritize your time? “ and I stumble and end up say something like “ I try to come up with a routine that’s works for every patient and that would help me get through my shift smoothly”. How would you answer that question?
Thank you for the interview tips. I found them helpful. Also, I really laughed at ‘don’t tell any yo mama jokes’! I needed some cheering up, so thanks again 😌
I love this video. Thank you so much for your insight. I know it's been a while since youve recorded this but it's still helped me a lot with those specific questions. I am very confident when I interview, but these few questions that you stated can be difficult to answer, so I really appreciate this. Are you still an MA?
Ashley Garcia good luck !! Make sure you find a great place. There are some externship sites that just use MA students for the free labor. Best of luck and stay safe 🙏🏽💕
