Today at school my friends were learning to do some tricks with pull up bar which i already knew so i did them and we come to that i know parkour so they said it all weas really cool so i showed them how to do it, i did balance on pull up bar, i was jumping intro safety roll ( dive roll) and wall run. This is because of my training at home and outside, training with trainer and this channel and tapp brothers thank you!
I love that, I'm hopeful I can do this. Something I'm looking for that makes this exciting - are jumps where there isn't a major hand/arm plant, so that I don't accidentally re-injure a healing shoulder. Hoping to find even more than don't require a hand plant. Thanks much!
This video came out on a coincidental date cause I just nailed side flips on flat so I can do them consistently. But I wanna learn a wall side flip next and I don't know whether to learn inward or trinity. Anyone have any suggestions?
Mr. Ronnie, your tutorial is good overall ... but I beg you for another time you make a video how to flip but directly outside the gym ... I mean directly using land or grass as long as it's not a mattress, because not all of us Parkour practitioners have the gym or mattress to practice, so I beg you Mr. Ronnie for the next video and in the future like this please make it outside the gym ... so we as practitioners who practice flip without a mattress can have the mentality and ambition to try ... sorry if offend Mr. Ronnie
