Leather DIY: Traditional Money Clip Card Wallet
This week we made another style of leather money clip wallet utilizing a more traditional brass money clip. With this style card wallet, you might want to use a stiffener between two of the layers of the wallet - this will provide structure when money is taken in and out of the money clip! We used some of the plastic template sheets from our sponsor Weaver Leather and it works perfect!

Very smart - what is your normal seam allowance for stitching? 1/4"?
Could you do a video over when to use which stitching chisels? The Benifits of a 6mm vs a 4mm. Etc.

Great timing! Was just browsing money clip hardware yesterday on Amazon and was wondering how I would go about using this style.
it's a fun one to make! I'd just highly suggest using a stiffener layer, as this style money clip really benefits from a bit more structure than leather will provide. Happy making :)
