You need the "Precious Metal Refining" specialization in order to craft silver ingots. I unlocked this at lvl 30 in the memetic specialization screen but, apparently the specializations are random for everyone. Sorry for not mentioning this in the video guys, I'll do better next time ❤
I found silver ore so much that now I can see it from afar lol. Their trait was to have a bigger node than any other (aluminium, tungsten, tin) and having slope texture. Tin hexagon, aluminium small piece, tungsten spike.
Note that silver spawns in place of copper or tin. Therefore, you want to be certain to harvest the copper and tin for a chance to make silver spawn. A bigger tip would be to circle through a large area harvesting everything as that will increase your chances to get silver.
You should show how you have the ability to craft silver ingots, and show how much silver ore sells for in comparison for people who don't have the pattern.
There you can craft microchips with a certain specialization at level 20, like they sell for 12,000 each and are made from electronics. Easy crafted 10 pieces almost at the beginning of the game for 120,000 before opened a specialization in smelting silver. !!! Specially looked - 4 specialization in memetic called "combo chipset" (Electronic part+metal scrap+ any parts its very chip to craft) its mach better way to get rich😁

I have the ability to get double ores when gathering silver and gold ores and 25% return for smelting but don't have the ability to smelt silver and gold
There are entire silver mines in the game. I will hold my secrets though. It's also visually different than Tin. Tin has Hexagonal shaped metals. Silver is more chunk like and less uniform.
A couple tips for finding silver, first the appearance looks like it has less ore in it, secondly, use the curiosity catcher 1 not 2 because it shows where copper and tin is much easier silver doesnt show up on scanner
@chroxones1018 if you see an ore that is not showed, then you know it can be aluminium/titanium/steel and if it looks like tin then you know it is silver

im at level 28 and the only specialization i got was smelter idk if thats it but i checked and didnt see silver ingots

Its in the memetic specialization screen(in the memetics screen)it’s the fifth perk ‘precious metal refining’ I believe you can unlock it at lvl 25
