WIP - CARNAGE sys development: Hanging at the Hangar - IKEMEN GO / MUGEN

Remember the Hangar stage from the previous release? It's back. But this time, it's to show the Airplane item delivery system!
I'd say everything is coded, except maybe one or two details.
Betatesting found some bugs, be patient.
