I cannot find a single piece of info anywhere that tells me how to add basic motion blur to a clip which when you move around on the edit page via the transform, it actually creates motion blur like how After Effects did.

For some reason, when I add vector motion blur, it adds some weird sort of blur and makes the clip un-watchable. I don't get it, I've watched every tutorial and all my settings are the same.

I'm on an RTX3090 and it really chews up cycles. I suggest to pre-rencder the clip before preview so it plays smoothly.

Whenever I addthe opticalflow1 node it just lags the clip really bad does anyone have a fix?

the lag only occurs in davinci itself. so when you export the video it should play with 0 lag.
also to avoid having to work around the lag while you are editing i recommend aplying it as the very last step

thats an issue only with davinci. you can set the playback res to quarter res to make it better

or even better just add the motion blur as the last step so you dont have to edit with the low frames at all
