The 16” wheel runs on dual ball bearings and easily travels across turf, pavement, gravel and uneven surfaces. The mounting plate is made from ¼” carbon steel with a 96 hour salt spray rated zinc plated finish, is adjustable for height, and attaches to the gate with 3 heavy duty saddle clamps with a flat inner radius that firmly grips the gate tube without pinching or binding.
