      Thank you so much!! I will have Part 3 posted in another few weeks. It took me a little longer to put together because I had some things going on outside of making videos. I’ll definitely keep posting 😁, I just can’t post very often because I work full time and have a lot going on, and I don’t want to rush the videos. Thank you for the encouragement!

      @@LostAncientMysteries it's so cool how we can connect like this, lol. I'm such a nerd. I watch Egypt and other ancient temple documentaries every single night. I have such a draw towards Egyptian temples or rather Aegyptus/kemet depending on who's attending the discussion. You are in my top 5 channels. Do you have any other social media account with any way to keep up with you??

      That’s amazing that you’re so passionate about Egypt/Khemit (so many different spellings) 🤩. That means so much to hear I’m a top 5 channel for you, especially since I’m just starting out! That made my day, thank you! Egypt was calling me, it had been for years, and Abydos was calling particularly. I had the most emotional and energetic connection to Abydos and absolutely have to return. I wouldn’t be surprised if you end up having a similar experience if you get the chance to go to Egypt one day. It’s a truly magical place and there’s still so much history to be uncovered. I’ll probably make a video just on that one day because I was fascinated by all the walls and areas still buried under the sand that you can easily tell there’s a manmade object there. I have an Instagram account for the channel and will have a Facebook account setup soon where I hope to have more discussion topics so I’d love to review more theories and chat more if you’re on either of those sites

    11:00 wow, have not seen this perspective of all this debris before - just before, you discuss the solar blast flare theories from others I have heard about.. there must have been something like this and a rumble, underground to shake and destroy these very very heavy pieces and shatter like this... there is no documented wars or forces in history to do such damage

      I think they fell off during the major earthquake that hit Cairo in 1303. That's the one where the white limestone casing stones on the other two pyramids fell off that were then later used to rebuild Cairo. I don't know for sure if these came off in the same event, but it makes sense that they might have. Based on the casing stones on display at the base of the Great Pyramid, these granite casing stones were smaller, so I believe it was likely the same earthquake.

    11:00 it could be a comet impact that caused it. that's where the heat and water came from. a flood from a comet impact.

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  Год назад +1

      I’m very much a believer in that theory. I follow the Younger Dryas Impact Hypothesis and in that theory (from my understanding of it at least) it’s entirely possible that flood waters from the impact could have come up the Nile from the Mediterranean and may have caused flooding and some distraction in Egypt. It also could have been from another cataclysm, but it definitely looks knocked over! And there’s evidence in other parts of Egypt for vitrification of stone so you may be on to something here with your comet or meteorite impact theory

    I’ve heard that light bulb shows the Egyptians has electricity???? These individuals also believe that the pyramids were energy centers?? The kufu pyramid is so large that they think it was not built just as a burial!!

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  2 года назад +4

      Even though I liked the theory my guide stated, I still believe these are also representing light bulbs or at least showing that the Egyptians had electricity of some kind. I also like the pyramids as energy centers idea, that has actually been scientifically proven, even the Mythbusters proved it to a degree on their show, but as power plants that aspect is more disputed yet there is some strong evidence leaning towards that possibility too that’s I’ve heard. We know of the existence of Baghdad batteries so it’s hard to say they didn’t have electricity when we have artifacts showing they did (not that they Baghdad batteries make much electricity). But the fact that they had batteries is amazing and I wish it was more acknowledged. It’s not much of a stretch to go from a battery to a light bulb once you get the filament and gas figured out

    As a scientist, it’s hard to take someone seriously when they use the word “theory” incorrectly. In science, a theory is a tested, well-substantiated, unifying explanation for a set of verified, proven factors. What you have are hypotheses (at best) about circular saw marks, etc. I appreciate that you shared multiple viewpoints, many beautiful images, and were generally careful with your words.

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  2 года назад +2

      Actually there’s significant research done and it’s done using the scientific method and performed by experts. I strongly recommend reading the book Lost Technology of Ancient Egypt by Christopher Dunn. Or reading w the work of Flinders Petrie, he used scientific analysis and tools in his measurements and study of these anomalies. I’m only lightly referencing their theories which does create a hypothesis vibe so I’ll make sure to reference their work more clearly to clarify the “theory” aspect of this research as it’s not just my “opinion” or hypotheses I’ve formed.

    Why would they take parts of some statues knocking them down but not others? They already fell. The cut could be water erosion if those statues are Sphinx contemporaries,. Don’t let them piss on your head and tell you it’s raining

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  2 года назад

      This statue is not a contemporary of the Sphinx even if you follow the mainstream timeline of the Sphinx (which I do not). This statue, if it was carved during the reign of Ramses II would have been carved in the 19th Dynasty, whereas the mainstream timing of the Sphinx construction is the 4th Dynasty or so making it around 4,500 years old if you follow their narrative. However, since I can’t prove the erosion method on this statue, that’s why I offered the possibility of it being wind erosion since the Sahara was already a desert during the 19th dynasty. Consistent rainfall seems to have ceased in the Sahara roughly 6,000 years ago, so before the mainstream dating of the Sphinx and long before the carving of this statue. Regarding the question about knocking this one down for reuse but not others, there were statues and temples all over Egypt with signs of reuse. It was very common

The years and years of sediment build up needed for that to occur, and the fact that it's all still in place, and the fact that pieces were painted and textured... I was in pottery HEAVEN. I would LOVE to be an archeologist on that dig...

    I have seen no previous comment regarding the fact that the base "socket" of the Dendera Bulbs, are not aligned with the envelope of the bulbs, considering the accuracy of the rest of the created image and carvings ?

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  Год назад

      I don’t know if I’m looking at it correctly because to me it looks like the socket is lined up with the envelope of the bulbs, but I might be looking at the wrong spot. Are you referencing where the lotus flower at the end of the “cord” connects to the glass of the bulb? Or do you mean the snake “filament” inside the bulb? They all look aligned to me, so I just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly.

    18:48 another interesting observation I have not heard of, this unfinished hieroglyph... is there a dating on this one? - why was it unfinished, interested to know where people date this

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  Год назад

      Abu Simbel was built around the time of the 19th Dynasty. It's believed to have been built between 1264 - 1244 BC/BCE. I do not honestly know why it is unfinished. I haven't dug into it much yet though, so many other things to look up too, but I am VERY curious. My first thought was that the project was abandoned for a time due to a conflict but why it wasn't finished afterwards is beyond me, and I haven't verified if there was a conflict around that time or not.

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  Год назад

      I believe my guide said there was a door that was in that spot and that the hole was the hinge point of the door so that it could swing out because the back of this piece is unfinished as if it was cut and carved to be flush against a wall and that someone could sit inside it. Whether it was used like that or not is still a mystery, but it seemed logical to me

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  2 года назад

      Yes! It was SOOOO sad to see in person. Much of it was done by the Christians (some by other invaders I’m sure) when the Romans were coming through and converting. There were temple sites where Christian symbolism like crosses had been added to the walls or incorporated into the architecture. Our guides explained that the face, hands, and feet were chiseled away because the Christians believed this was how you removed the power of or killed the unholy Pagan gods they believed the Egyptian Gods to be.

    The ancient Egyptians really broke the pregnancy thing down into 3 trimesters like people still do today? Weird they would do that

    • @LostAncientMysteries
      @LostAncientMysteries  2 года назад

      That was the theory from my guide. I like the lightbulb theory too. I was just offering different theories so people have more points to research if desired. I doubt they would have broken the trimesters down exactly the same way we do today. But there is the basic pattern of morning sickness/nausea, a few weeks of calm, and then the miserable last trimester where everything is uncomfortable and the baby is close to being due. So from that unscientific perspective, I could still see trimesters and there’s where the connection of trimesters made the most sense to me. Just other theories though. So many theories out there about the symbolism of the Dendera Bulbs
