The best shit is never the most popular
Very true
When the markers and whiteboard come out, you know you're getting some brain gains.
This man is indirectly my current coach. Absorbing all your principles & techniques. If I lived nearby I’d definitely be training under your guidance at your gym💪🏽 Keep up the valuable content! #nerd #meathead
One of the few reliable fitness body building channels. Kind of glad it’s such a hidden gem
If you could do some kind of "quad muscle fiber" activation" by changing squating stance/ foot position etc." video similar to this, we would be blessed. Hands down, if I had to pick one youtube channel to watch for the rest of my life, it's yours. No doubt.
👊🙏
Perfect timing as chest is tomorrow 💪🏿
New research on lengthened and shortened partials shows they have significantly proximal/distal hypertrophy
Have watched through few of your videos and I have to say you really have quality information, you are one of the few people who actually know what you are talking about. Good shit.
🙏🙏🙏
Angles- Angles- Angles and more Angles.
Hit your muscles in from every direction
This dude is a genius
Could you please do ( cable fly vs dumbbell fly vs pec dec )
Thanks for your great input on correct training.I'm a personal trainer and bodybuilder here in Philly.63yrs.Young.lol.Again thanks.
My favourite channel now great insight 👌🏻💪🏼💪🏼
The request has been answered 🙏. Today is a good day... liking the video before watching it
I love this guy so much, super intelligent, funny, amazing personality, solid content, and the delivery is on point, god bless you! Much love
For me worked the best a combination of floor press whit a pad between the shoulder blades (to rise the rib cage) and elbow at 45 degrees angle
This man is so good that he makes me understand some things without saying them❤
In conclusion, get fvcking STRONG on incline movements.
Thank you for all of your insight, You’re an oracle. Love your page, man.
The bicep to collarbone que was super helpful. Thank you Joe
Thanks man! My weakpoint at the moment
RUclips's fitness community should have more videos like this! Not stupid challenges or similar!
Another great video! Can you make one about some shoulder health or rotator cuff health exercises?
Great video. Thank for going the extra mile. You help cleared up a lot for me on muscle movement and how to attack specific muscle groups.
I really like the information that you put out. Very Knowledgable! Could you do for calves?
So simple and easy to follow! Great advice
👊🙏
In the gym that I go to, there is a flat chest press machine with converging angles, I simply adjust the seat lower, so the handles are right on the same level as my upper chest. My elbows are about 80 degree to my torso. Pressing from there, I think it hit my upper chest the best, with the converging angles and slightly rotating my shoulders internally, I can squeeze my upper chest as hard as I can.
at 9 min - scap retraction is the key
Yeeeeeeerrr !!!! My guy great channel!! Salute from London. Bumped into your stuff cuz of the boy Diesel, im hooked. Simple language, direct and to the point.
Shit i subscribed on the 2nd video bro.

Love your vids coach ,
I have watches most of your vids but i couldnt find any for improving front delts ,hope u answer my question or make a vid on that topic
👊👊👊
Great commentary!
Started laughing when i read the title. Knew what you were going to say already🤣. Your clickbait is improving🤣.
#mancleavage haha good info. Love the animations as always!
How about some tips on how to grow a glorious beard like yours?! Hahah thanks for the great video man
Inner upper chest!
great video
Joe 😂 😂 😂 I hope they don’t come at you for this (inner upper chest) video. Paul carter 😂
Yea, what's up with that. I have seen some of Paul's postings on instagram. He seems to have a hardline stance on some things. What's the beef with Joe? Finding Joe has made a huge impact in my training and obviously so many others lives. A true inspiration.
@@Untarai that man is just bitter bro. Even the lying cuffed lateral raises the guys ranting about. Bro that’s the best exercise that’s going to ever connect with your delts bro 😎 period
I’m always happy to help other people come up with content as well 👍
@@HypertrophyCoach exactly. Man you’re best, you have second place Olympia. You have physique to show and you don’t go around being egotistical. There just discussing working a few muscle based on origin and insertion, but in all honesty are these new so called studies or method or working the muscle that way worked? Nope.
@@Untarai I think Paul is friends with N1/Kassem, so his take on Joe probably isn’t the best because of that. The dude (Paul) comes off as a know-it-all dickhead though and it’s really unbecoming. God forbid you ask a question on his Ig. He’ll make it a point to call you stupid.
Great content brotha
I guess the only question I have that you didn’t answer in this video is this.
You know how if you look at the pec attachment to the humerus there is a twisting, where the upper pec fibers seem to attach more laterally on the humerus?
So how does internal / external rotation of the humerus affect upper pec training? Or is this not an important practical consideration?
Thanks, great video
Great Content
Please Make Video on Exercise Splits
Thank U Joe!
Great stuff, thank you. I ruptured my pec tendon 6 months ago, and had repair surgery in Feb. Since the injury, I have lost all my upper body size due to atrophy. (But I did keep up with leg day.) Finally now I'm am getting back into upper body training but with very light loads,
Do you incorporate any direct work for forearms/traps/neck? Would love a video with your thoughts on that!
Looking for exactly this so clickbait worked
My boy teaches better than some professors
na bro, seat yourself 90° twisted in a hammer strength incline press and do them side by side separately, low weight high rep to feel the burn just in the middle spot bro
Haha he is a regular bro like me at the grovery store lmao
Thanks !!!
I don't understand why u ain't got more subscribers.
You mention about the retraction of shoulder blades or the “rowing” down in the bottom, would this almost look like the sternum elevating at the bottom of the press? I’ve seen loads of people do it and I’ve cued it internally for myself lately and it seems *touch wood* to help.
I believe the word is Mleavage
If you don't get famous and get more subscribers imma flip
What do you think of reverse grip dumbbell incline presses for upper chest hypertrophy? Thank you for your posts.
YEAA
Great vid bro, can you do one for the cellulite on the side and under my man boobs. Appreciate you 💯🎯

You definitely deserve more subscribers than you currently have given that there are meat heads out there on RUclips who make absolutely no sense and are close to a mill subs 🤨...
Next video -lower outer posterior delts
Inner, middle glutes first

WAIT?! So the 140lb guys at my gym on their knees doing landmine presses because their chests are so huge they need to focus on the inner-upper chesticles are wrong?!?!?!
In other video you said that you shouldn’t retract when doing upper chest, because it isn’t engaged
You should always have shoulder blades retracted at the bottom of presses/flys
@@HypertrophyCoach Thank you for answer
I’m asking please the best angle for bench d’urine incline db bench press 15 degree or 30 degree
Sometimes I feel It good in 15 sometimes in 30 I don kt know why
Doesn’t make a big difference. Just go with whichever feels best. Or rotate between the 2 every few months.
What about decline press ? , i read somewhere that it is the best way to target upper chest
XD???
So basically it's about the elbows angle and not the Incline of the bench?
@Thor Odinson respect
Much more so, yes!
@@HypertrophyCoach respect
👏👏👏👏👏🤜🤛💪
Great video, what's the best exercise for lower chest?
some sort of decline press or decline flye variation
Dips, flat bench w a big arch, decline bench
@@JorgeGonzalez-sx7fk appreciate it
So basically you get your friend to pee on top of your chest? 6:21
Thanks for the tips to get man cleavage!
Shame you can't see yours because of your beard lol
Nearly threw up when I read the title 😂
Clickbait level 100000
Algorithms
Can't see his inner upper chest because of his beard
This was really click baity. I clicked to see if inner upper chest exists😂
This is nonsense
Which part prison mike
Just go to the point , we already all know the useless anatomy stuff
Great tip! You’re so smart!!!!
