This is like 20x better and more in depth than anything you'll be shown at college
    Awesome video

Thank you buddy ❤️hopefully this will help some of the younger engineers that don’t have as much experience with air pressure switches , felt like it took me ages to understand them properly when I was younger

When you have your multimeter leads in the block on the PCB can they touch inside and cause a short circuit? What happens if you slip slightly and they touch will you get a shock or will it blow your multimeter / voltage detector when testing live?

  • @lostinthoughtscalminsilenc8167

    How do you grease it?

When you test for continuinity from the connector, do you test with the appliance powered on, and the connector plugged into the PCB?
Or do you unplug the connector and turn the applianc on for testing continuity on the APS switch?
Also, is there a way to eliminate venturi blockage (or clear it if it's blocked) without taking the assembly you're showing off, or having a pressure meter?
e.g. if you blow some air into the hose, does that have a chance of at least helping with troubleshooting?

When ever you’re checking continuity or resistance on a part or wiring harness the power should be off.
The only time you need to test something with power on is for voltage.

If the voltage come to fan only after air switch is ON? Only in blow to switch fan start working. Any idea why?

That blue isn’t neutral by the way, that’s NO

you should not blow into the air pressure switch , you will damage it
