Ever since childhood, my father used to bring some for us for dinner, and telling us stories of how they used to enjoy having it back during the days when they grew up in Lebanon. We are a Lebanese family living abroad, and Bologna is sadly not always accessible at were we stay.
I love how Italy still appreciates the fine art of food making. The US needs to start taking notes on some of this before they poison us all with food that is not actually nutritious in any way.
