Because they needed it and you deserv it. i am a wise guy (almost 50 Y.O.) and most likely you will not pay attention to this message, but i am writing it because i beleive in it. Since we are surviving in a market economy, i have to support my words with the fact that i have an idea for a sponsor. Rambling below...
      Tried TGU with the 35 today and couldn't do that either. Will try to do some static press holds to get core strength then break down the TGU to it's core parts and work those.
      6 basic movements status:
      10x10 emom 2H Swings are okay with 35. 1H swings are dicey with 35, easy with 15.
      10x10 emom C+P is fine with 15 for left and right. Can clean 35 left and right but not press.
      5x3 emom TGU left and right with 15 was okay, could barely get 35 into the chest press on floor.
      5x10 front loaded squat, did first 2 sets each side with 35 and was unsteady on my feet, finished last 3 sets each side with 15. Definitely felt the burn even though I went down in weight
      Snatch... Nah not yet

      How’s your push press

    • @70122riley
      @70122riley 4 года назад

      @@MarkWildman apparently not great. I can press it up but feels unstable in the up right position and I didn't feel confident in the ability to not drop it on my head while going from ground to forearm/hand. Similar issue to the clean and press, I can do it just VERY unstable. I think it's mostly my current strength but could also be the fit of the KBs, one was a cheap Target find and the other was the cheapest one on Amazon that was in stock.
      My plan is to turn the TGU portion into isolated static holds with the 35 but then still do the nerd math portion with the 15 and start at a higher intensity
